Great Value - Great Location

The location was perfect - very close to the bus station and conveniently located on the main square.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable. I could feel the mattress springs

Cute hotel, in noisy central location, access to everything is terrific

The breakfast is at another Hotel on the top floor (stair only access), and has a great view of the lake. You get a voucher to take there and eat and it is nice. The rooms are basic, there is no air con (but you don't need AC really), the shower didn't have a head on it so it was like a garden hose, but it was nice and hot. The room next to the street (city view), is rather noisy - the rooms at the back with no view are a fair bit quieter. The location is excellent however and the bus, the town and lake are all within easy walking distance. So of course being in the center of town comes with noise but also fantastic access to everything Guatape has to offer. The hotel is very cute and old styled on the outside, but reasonably modern on the inside. Beds are a bit on the firm side. The price is also high for Colombian prices. I think 120,000COP is more of a fair price, but I was charged over 200,000COP for one night.

The street noise from the room is a bit much, but its the price you pay for being in such a central location. Beds slightly firm. Shower didn't have a head and was like a hose, but that was only our room. Wifi is a bit slow.

Basic, but great deal, clean, central, very nice staff!

Nice little balcony overlooking the park, decent bed & shower, very friendly staff, very clean.

The room was a bit cramped & it was noisy bc of being right on the park, but for the price it was great!

Exceptional

We had a balcony over the square and it was amazing watching the nightlife. A bit noisy when the live band came on until 2am, but great fun. Helpful and lovely staff.

Really good value for money, right in the centre of town. Friendly staff and nice breakfast at a hotel just a few doors along.

There was no bath mat so we had to use a bath towel to keep the floor dry.

Great location, need some improvements to be prefect

+ Great location in the center, pretty quiet considering the noise in the streets + They gave us the room earlier than the check in time and let us switch to a higher floor + Nice breakfast, we didn’t mind it was at a different hotel, it was nice and they view is good

- The room didn’t have a window to the outside, only one to the main hall. We preferred it than a room at the bottom floor. It maid the room really humid. - Bad mattress, seemed too soft and needed replacing.

Excellent location right in the center of Guatape. Affordable option if you stay a night or two.

There was no shower head, the mattress was very hard and one of the windows wouldn't close

I stay again and recommend this hotel to friends.

The staff is great, beds are comfortable, the shower is fantastic, location could not be better. All this for a great price and breakfast included.

The rooms are a bit tight with the big beds and there wasn't a table or a place to put your luggage. The refrigerator is noisy when it kicks on but pulling the plug at night fixed that.

Very nice hotel right on the town square and convenient to everything. Highly recommend!

Great, affordable hotel right on the town square in Guatape. Very convenient to dining, entertainment and tourism. Our room was super clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given a choice of rooms when we checked in, which was really nice. We liked the place so much we decided to stay an additional night! We would definitely stay here again!

Great experience and welcoming people

The front desk people was very welcoming and helpful. Answer many questions about where to do or get things done. Also share information about the region. They went the extra mile to let us check out after normal hours
