Not worth its price. Definitely not a 4 star hotel

The rooms were very spacious

The sheets on my bedroom were not clean. Had been used before and I could smell someone else’s hair grease. The service at the restaurant was awful. We waited over 1:30h for our meal and had to give up eating altogether

In the end ok after a lot of begging

The location is splendid and the room was great

I arrived late due to a delayed flight so the reception told me the restaurant kitchen was closed but i should be able to get something at theit beachclub. When i asked there the told me the kitchen was closed and when i told them reception said the kittchen there was open untill 10 the waitress called the manager who told me the kitchen was closed at 21:00 and i better move on. Very rude and inflexible. When i went back to reception and complained and the cook of the main restaurant overheard my complaint he said he sympathised and could offer something simpple which turned out to be some fried eggs and french fries. I admire this guy and thank him for his kind gesture and flexibility, this is what hospitality is about. The guy at the beachclub should be fired, he is not worthy of a hospitality job.

location fantastic room was extra large all staff frendly . next to lake location very quiet evening meal was fine dining very posh , breakfast was very very good too.

a gréât spot for a stopover on route from Denmark to France!

everything including the large size of the bedroom and the dining facilities in the restaurant. The staff were excellent friendly and welcoming.

Friendly staff which was very helpful, breakfast was sufficiently diverse. The location was perfect for us.

Lack of air conditioning, which would have been very helpful during the hot night. The carpet had some stains which made the overall feel a bit old and unclean.

Great Location, large clean rooms

The location was perfect for our visit to Roermond, nice quiet area, not far from the outlet shopping. The rooms were large, clean and tidy. All the staff were very helpful during our trip. The hotel is also pet friendly

lovey position by a lake in a quiet village.

their main restaurant wasn't open but the beach club was. We had a good meal facing the water and nice drinks. The room had a small terrace outside which was great and the bedroom was excellent with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good in general but not enough attention paid to refilling items as they finished.

Great location. Nice hotel. Restaurant was closed but beach bar was open. Our dogs were welcome. Lovely place for long walks along the water.

Great location and restaurant with very friendly staff. Great to swim in the lake opposite the hotel.

Room can get very warm and there is no aircon. But the fans provided were ok.

Enjoyed the stay and the hotel and staff were lovely.

The 1st floor suite in the annex we had was large and comfortable with a small terrace which we sat on and enjoyed the weather. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was massive and again very clean. The staff were also very nice and friendly.
