Prachtige locatie en prima hotel - 4 sterren zeker waard.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Toplocatie en zeer mooie omgeving. Uitzicht op het meer vanuit het restaurant. Prima keuken, ook als halfpension. Zeer rustige omgeving. Zeker als je een hond meeneemt, is dit een aanrader.

Mocht iets properder zijn rond de bungalow, gezien bladerval. Ontbijt is goed, maar mocht iets meer variatie zijn. Misschien hier en daar toch wat updaten qua meubilair of een likje verf kan wonderen doen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr nettes Personal immer hilfsbereit! Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichlich und frisch! Am besten ist der Entsafter und die angebotenen Früchte und das Gemüse dazu ♥️👍🏻 Wir waren ohne Hund unterwegs aber ich fand das Angebot und die Möglichkeiten für Hunde sehr toll !!!! Da sind Hunde wirklich willkommen ♥️ Wir haben natürlich auch die Motzer erlebt die an allem was zu meckern haben 😅 Aber warum Buche ich in einem Hunde freundlichem Hotel wenn ich keine Hunde mag ?

Beim Frühstück waren leider jeden Tag die bereits vorbereiteten Spiegeleier und auch die Rühreier richtig kalt wie aus dem Kühlschrank ☹️Leider sind die jetzt üblichen Behälter für Joghurt und Milch häufig nicht einsatzbereit!

Ist zu empfehlen aber mit Verbesserungsvorschläge!

Super Lage wenn man den Osten vom Gardasee bereisen möchte kommt man schnell von A nach B mit dem Auto, auch nach Verona ist es nicht weit. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit Hund da, der fand den Park ganz schön.

Leider habe ich als Mutter bei so einer großen Parkanlage ein Kinderspielbereich vermisst. Beim Frühstück gab es zwar eine sehr große Auswahl und es wurde immer nachgefüllt. Aber es gab keine Abwechslung außer bei den Salaten. Teilweise sehr englisch das Frühstück. Es gab leider auch kein frisches Obst was nicht gezuckert ist, und wenn man Omelette haben möchte muss man es beim Frühstückspersonal bestellen, so ausgeschildert ist es nicht, viele wussten es nicht. Das Abendessen war leider nicht zu empfehlen. Da gibt es in Bardolino selber bessere Restaurants die man zu Fuß erreicht.

Immer wieder gern!

Das Zimmer ist neu renoviert und ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beanstandungen werden schnell erledigt. Das Frühstück ist gut und es ist für Jeden was dabei.

Es gibt einige Änderungen zu den Vorjahren. Früher hat es uns in der Bar besser gefallen, es gab einen Tagescoktail und Lifemusik.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location was excellent as were the facilties .

Found the mattresses a little hard but this was a personal preference and didn't detract significantly from all the positives we experienced.

lovely hotel good location would return

good service, golf buggy took us to our room with luggage. pool was nice and ate in the lunch area twice. good you can use cardless service and pay at the end.

I think the grounds could be cleaned up a little. there was a dead bird that had hit the glass at the restaurant lay for quite some time before it was cleared away. also some algae at the bottom of the steps near the restaurant that was quite slippy and needed washed.

Lovely spacious apartment with your own patio and furniture

We loved having a separate lounge to the bedroom, and the patio with the loungers etc

The property was a bit far out from the town, but we knew that before we went. We were happy to be a bit further out and have the spacious accommodation

Very good

The view was amazing. Nice apartment for family of 5.

Self catering. On arrival we had to go buy washing liquid, clothes, tea towel, Coffee ect. No starter pack was offered. When traveling overseas its important to take note.

No worth the money

The location is very good. The food was okay. The room was clean.

I have been left alone for 3 days. No one came to check if we needed something. We paid like almost 700 euros for 3 days and at the end we have been asked to clean the kitchen but we did not have anything for cleaning. After that they wanted to charge 35 euros extra. No shampoo at all. No cleaning products. No enough toilet paper. Further, when we have checked in they gave us random information without listening our needs. Poor WiFi connection. This is a 4 stars resort but does not look like and whenever I go to a similar resort they offer us a bottle of prosecco Doc or wine. They did not offer a single bottle of still water. it is not recommended to anyone. I will never come back.

It was OK .

the room was spacious and since we had a toddler it was very comfortable .Shower facilities were great . When something went missing by mistake form roon as they thought it ewas trash ( it was in a bag) they were very helpful and returned immidietly from the lost and found, employees especially the waiter in breakfast was extremely nice

Room was cold, ALthough we turned heating full on , room was still cold. WIFI WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! IN this day and age everywhere you go has good wifi and we had some work to do but instead we used our 4g all the holiday. You ahd to pay for good wifi !!! this is nmot aacceptabel for a 460 euro fee !! Breakfast was decent althogu there wasnt a great choice

I will recommend this Hotel for those who are fine with a 2-3 Stars service from a 4*Hotel

-Large rooms -clean -location -view

- The pillows were terrible. We (5 persons) had been sleeping very bad, with bad neck pain in the mornings - for 5 Persons we received only 2 bottles of shampoo,... - We ask at the reception to bring more shampoo for us, and they just forgot about us. We never got them - On the weekends is not easy to get there a parking place

Luxury and relaxation

staff efficiency, attentiveness and friendliness, cleanliness, beautiful accommodation decor and well designed, greenery/ gardens, panoramic views, location, piano bar and snack bar, well organised breakfast with great choice

1. stracceti (?) steak in restaurant was poor quality meat 2. cleaner came a little early in the morning sometimes - about 8.15 - 8.30am. The sound of the cleaner’s trolley/vacuum cleaner woke us before 8 occasionally

spacious apartments, easily accessible from town or to walk to Garda, bus stop right at bottom of road

apartment didn’t get cleaned over the week long stay as this was an additional cost. pool towels had to be paid for
