Lage, Ausstattung, Personal, Essen

The swimming pool is large and has plenty of space for guests. Direct access to the sea.

Very friendly staff. The food was amazing!
The pool needs a little bit more cleaning bust it was fine.

Fantastic location, close to the beach, excellent hotel, very friendly, hardworking, helpful staff. Food the best we’ve ever had on holidays
Nothing, all excellent
4.3
The pool area was spacious, quiet and relaxing. The rooms were quite funky with a nice view of the courtyard and pool area. The local area seemed nice but we stayed only one night. Was nice to stay in an adults only hotel. Although dog friendly there was only 1 dog onsite which was cute.
I wouldn’t class this hotel 4 star, the facilities were not up to 4 star standard. We didn’t receive a good check in experience, we were told our room wasn’t ready and to come back. When we did, no one explained how the full board package worked and talked us through the facilities. The food was quite average and I don’t think it was worth the price we paid.

Food was really good

Lovely property and grounds with pool, a little on the outskirts of Zadar we travelled in by bus, the room had the feel of a lodge, a separate lounge and bedroom area, even a view down to the beach from the bathroom through the bedroom. The food was very good although possibly because it was very early in the season choice was a little limited. The hotel is dog friendly but we weren’t disturbed by any barking.

A very beautiful location surrounded by breathtaking nature, beautiful park and the sea. We came at the beginning of May so it was not crowded, a few people, relaxing atmosphere. We loved it.
We were pleased with surprising upgrade of our room. It was pretty big, with a big bathroom, a balcony, a wardrobe and a coffee machine, bottles of water, bathrobes and a nice surprise of a beach bag with towels and slippers for going to the beach or swimming pool. It was nice 😊 and useful. There was a big comfortable bed.
The restaurant, food and service were great. We would love to be back one day.
It was pretty dusty: lamps, shelves, TV set covered with dust. Cleaning service must clean more thoroughly.

I have to say that the hotel does not look very promising from the outside, but when you enter everything changes: The lobbies, the hotel corridors and the room are very well attended to, luxurious and clean. The personnel is very friendly, and of course multilingual (German and English are spoken everywhere). I had a room warmly decorated with wood, incl. a small living room and a balcony, overlooking the garden with the pine trees and the sea - absolutely what one needs to relax after a long business day. The bed was very comfortable and the bathoom was fully functional and luxurious, with shower and bathtub. Pity I had to change my stay for one night instead of two, I would have enjoyed this stay very much.
The only thing I will note as a "minus", was the lack of power sockets. I know, it may seem ridiculous, but when one's travelling with two mobile phones, one laptop, one tablet, one battery pack and bluetooth headphones, one always needs more power sockets! :D

Staff was so helpful and friendly. The food was amazing.
Dogs are treated as a special guests :)
There were problems with payment terminal at the reception and as a result the final check out took relatively long time.

We were upgraded to a room with a view. Food exceeded our expectations

amazing grounds, lovely pool and right by the sea
only issue was the air con didn’t work in our room, so we had to sleep with the doors open

With its spectacular outdoor pool scenario, friendly staff and delicious food, the hotel is part of a larger complex that offers nice and spacious wellness center and other restaurants and bars right next to the beach. Overall, very nice experience.
It could have been a bit better in terms of cleanness in some of the spa facilities.
4.3
excellent food
rooms were lovely but it would have been nice if we had a view
4.3
We loved the outdoor space, the look of the garden, the sea view.
Rooms were too small/not comfortable/not really renovated. When we booked the hotel we did not know it is all-inclusive so we got a chance to eat lunch/dinner there too. We only had dinner (and got poisoned by fish). That was probably the worst fish I ever had in Croatia.
4.3
Lovely hotel in great location. Great staff and very clean
Rooms are starting to look a little dated and tired in places. Food choice could be improved especially at lunch time
4.3
The pool area was nice with comfy loungers with cushions. Afternoon ice cream by the pool was a lovely surprise. Straight out from the hotel onto the stony beach area you can watch Zadar's beautiful sunsets. We were on the last night of our honeymoon and had a wonderful welcome to the hotel.
The hotel is very tired and could do with some modernisation, in the rooms especially. Our shower flooded out through the doors and made the bathroom very wet and slippy around the toilet area. The shower fell off the wall and we had to fix it back in place. The toilet wouldn't stop filling up..... We were disappointed with our full board option, especially with the very limited lunch. If you wanted to have a proper salad or more choices than the one fish dish you had to order off the snack menu at full cost. In hindsight we would only have done bed and breakfast, or half board. Dinner was better but a limited a la carte menu, especially if you have dietary requirements. There was a strange system of having to sit at the same table for each meal which all felt very regimented and a bit unnecessary. Alcohol is on offer at meals but you must pay to get more options as a non drinker e.g. soft drinks. We experienced some very friendly staff but also some were quite rude. We felt as the most expensive hotel on our honeymoon in Croatia that it was also our least favourite.

good kitchen
total disapointment, they show just small angle of view but the hotel is about 20 years old and needs renovation ASAP.
20 years old bad and shower, full od mold and dirt
the "amazing view" from room is to roof of old hotel next door
300 EUR / night is totally overpriced

Very nice garden with many places to relax. Friendly reception staff. Easy parking.
Bar staff was not very professional. Sometimes no one was there to serve the guests, and ordering wine during dinner took a very long time.

The grounds , the pool area and the outside of the hotel are perfect. The food was amazing and the staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.
The rooms need upgrading , a little dated. The hotel needs modernisation.

Exceptional food and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect and right next to a blue flag beach. We also had a spa treatment which was amazing. Our room was clean and comfortable. Really recommend staying here and we will be coming back to stay again.
