Sinple bed and breakfast.
Not expecting anyone to speak English, the lady at reception knew i did not understand and still spoke very fast and for a long time in German, knowing i understood nothing. I managed to get by with my very basic German asking simple questions. And would have been nice if she smiled every once in a while... She also had her dog in reception with her, which is fine, but it wouldn't stop barking and growling at me...
The room was OK, but i could hear everything going on in the rooms around me. And to get to the shower, you have to climb over the toilet.
(if I'm being really picky, there was wierd smell in the building..).

nothing
The attitude of the staff was terrible. The whole hotel smells of mold. There are some renovated rooms but they are not offered to foreigners. When I asked to change my room, they told me to change the hotel if I don't like it. This is unacceptable.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Free Wi-Fi and parking were good. Nice breakfast.
The hotel is next to the railway and the passing trains were loud. No air conditioner.

location from train station
the hotel is dirty and stinks very badly.
The old lady there was very rude and did not want me to re-enter the hotel because i came in about 11ish in the night after leaving my luggage there upon arrival in the afternoon just to see a friend.
She puts her dog's feeding bowls right at the reception entrance in the night which makes the place very untidy.
there isn't any lift so you'll have to carry your luggages up the stairs by yourself without any assistance from anyone.
The old lady there doesn't speak english and makes it so difficult to communicate with her.
I only spent a couple of hours in the night there and couldn't wait to leave to the airport and rather spent some time at the airpot to rest instead. i really had a terrible night and wish this hotel will be shut down as they don't meet any standards.

1. Being adjacent to the Banhof at Muhlenstrasse however this also meant train noise from early morning unitl late at night.
2. Had a decent coffee machine.
3. Plenty hot water, perhaps too hot by safety standards.
1. Cleanliness -room wasn't cleaned once or towels or bedding changed during the 10 days I stayed there. Waste bin in the room was emptied once. That was it. Bathroom floor towel I used stayed in same position the entire stay.
2. Attitude of proprieter when I had to check out 4 days early. Extemely reluctant to refund any money and then deliberately short changed me by 10 Euros when she did, complaining she didnt have enough. Refused my request to call for a taxi on departure instead pointing at the wall where a taxi firm calendar was located.
3. Small dog being allowed to roam dining areas and hotel foyer areas.

Very flexible with the booking and
my request to stay a little longer
No complaints whatsoever
