room a little bit thiny comparing to the price

Boutique hotel, full of character and very clean. Had a kettle for a cup of tea! Well positioned for Gare de Lyon which is an easy 10 min walk. Staff spoke good English. Highly recommended.

The location is nice, great for tourists. The facilities are great, room is spacious and comfortable.
The staff wasn't kind nor helpful, they didn't make an effort to communicate with us when we didn't speak French and our English was very basic. Friendliness is so easy to give, and it costs nothing. I do understand though that they may have had a bad day.

Boiler in the room for tea ; breakfast ; perfect location, easy to locate, not far from train station ; decoration ; service

this was expensive for the standard of accommodation and we felt the breakfast was not value for money . having said that it was adequate for our needs but not of the standard expected for money paid
Bigger room
4.1
it was located just ~400m from 2 different metro stations, VERY conveniently located, even from/ to the CDG airport.
every major Parisian landmark is about 20' via the metro.
judging by the size of the hotel building it self, i cant say that i could ask for more, so even if the rooms seemed kinda small, everything is according to the building size.
So nothing that i didn't like really, except maybe for the elevator :P

Nice hotel, convenient located with friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect. It is near Rollu-ledrin station and Marche D’ligre. The hotel has a nice private courtyard also.
I really liked my room and the view of the courtyard. However, a couple might find the room somewhat cramped.
4.1
Hotel old however clean and nice staff.
Room was ok like size but the bed not to comfy.
The reason of choosing this hotel was the trein station near @ 8 minutes walk.
Nothing particularly.
It's ok for a one, two nights.

I liked that it's was quaint and typically French rather than a modern hotel that had removed all its character.
Nothing to dislike

We had a long journey from Milan to Paris and did not arrive until 10.30pm but received a very warm welcome and the hotel was perfect.

The location is great, its pretty close to Le Marais which is a very vibrant part of town at all times of the day. There is a metro station about a 7 minute walk from the hotel, where you can take the metro 1 that takes you all the way to the Arc de Triomphe, passing through champs elysees etc. The hotel is generallly clean however is a little bit old. The rooms are small but very cozy. The hotel is a good value for money, considering the location cleanliness and comfort.
The only thing that bothered me a little bit is that the sound insulation of the rooms isn't very good, being woken up in the morning by the vacuuming of the room above us or hearing conversations of the room next to us was a little bit distracting, but that is the only negative thing i could say about the hotel.

the staff were so friendly! I liked the hustle and bustle outside the window and breakfast was simple but tasty.
basic room and facilities - but all perfectly good for the price

Great location close to Gare de Lyon. Felt like a real, local Parisian hotel. Very friendly staff & good breakfast.

Clean, comfy, perfect location
Problem with wifi during stay.

The room was very spacious by standards in Europe and I even had a private balcony with patio furniture. The bathroom had a great shower. I had a very comfortable stay.
4.1
Great value for money, location is top notch. Staff was extremely accommodating, allowing a very late check-in, and also holding our luggage for the check out day so we could go into the city. Decent size bathroom for Parisian hotels, very clean. Highly recommend!
4.1
Great location near Gare de Lyon with an abundance of restaurants nearby.
4.1
Clean, bright updated rooms, in a classic charming building. Elevator. Near restaurants, bus, Metro, markets. Nice neighborhood, without super-tourist-y bustle. Quiet, comfortable. Helpful staff. One of the nicest places I've stayed in Paris.

Everything went as planned, we had to extend our stay as our Eurostar train got pulled forward by two days
We had no issues with the hotel, staff or location
4.1
The facility was clean and nice.
The check in time was 2pm and we got there at 2pm but the room was not ready and then we didnt get sorry or something from the staff there. Rather the staff seemed a bit angry for some reason. We had to be out waiting for the room to be ready. We were not happy about it.
4.1
A warm welcome from the excellent staff who were really helpful. Perfect location on a direct line with Eurostar in a very pleasant neighbourhood with plenty of excellent restaurants.
Super hôtel: clean, comfortable and well appointed.
A find! I will stay there again.
Very noisy neighbours on one of the nights, but not the hotel’s fault. The other nights the hotel was very quiet.
