Gostei da simpatia e atendimento dos funcionários, e acomodação.

Do valor do estacionamento não estar incluso na diária e de não ter ferro de passar, nem secador de cabelo.

Nada neste hotel presta.

Muito ruim o hotel. Completamente diferente das fotos. Hotel velho, acomodações horríveis. Tinham baratas no quarto! Piso sujo, com mofo. Um caos! Café da manhã muito ruim, sem opções e com camida nitidamente velha! Não indico esse hotel em hipótese alguma!

Do quarto bem limpo e o chuveiro muito bom porém sentimos falta de uma cadeira a mais no quarto porque tinha somente uma

Os corredores do hotel muito apertados e a iluminação muito tênue e além disso tinha um cheiro bem forte que parecia ser inseticida. O café da manhã razoável.

Vá pela localização!

Maior atrativo é a localização super central. Mas a noite fica perigoso. Não dê bobeira na rua. Use sempre carro e estacione no estacionamento do Hotel (pago a parte)

Os quartos são simples, funcionais, mas simples. Paredes de drywall permitem passagem de som e o barulho de outros hóspedes chega a incomodar. Os itens do café não são saborosos, apesar de variados.

Not good. It was dirty, the floor was broken and wet. Poor breakfast. The card key was not working and I had to go down several times. One elevator was not working and it would take many minutes for the elevator to come. I had to take the stairs a few times from 4th floor.

Não gostei da acomodação passei por muita situação ruim nesse hotel O ar condicionado não desligava os funcionários não sabem como ajudar o cliente, o elevador não tava funcionando tive que subir e descer escadas, quarto e banheiro muito escuro

Não recomendo para quem deseja o mínimo de conforto os arredores do hotel não é nada agradável muitos moradores de rua.

Apenas o banheiro que era espaçoso, porém com cheiro desagradável. O hotel apresenta excelentes fotos porem não condiz com a realidade.

Lençóis rasgados, cama desconfortável, limpeza é precária tudo sujo embaixo das camas eu tenho criança pequena minha filha ficava toda suja devido nem a poeira ser retirada, era feito apenas uma maquiagem arrumando as cama no serviço de quarto. Elevador apenas 1 funcionando cabe apenas 4 pessoas e dividir com todo lixo que era retirado dos quartos.

Gostei apenas do atendimento dos funcionários, são muito educados e solícitos.

Não gostei do café da manhã, o hotel estava com apenas 1 elevador funcionando, o salão do café da manhã com buracos no teto, as paredes mofadas, tudo isso passa uma sensação muito ruim, hotel está precisando de manutenção urgente.

Pleasant but Not 100% Safe

rooms were comfortable - linen was not clean in all our rooms - we booked 12 rooms for a group of 32. The breakfast was good. The location - the neighborhood was not safe - particularly at night. Some of the reception workers were very helpful, with ordering food and arranging taxi service.

Unsafe neighborhood, does not accept USD, internet connection is inconsistent, four of our rooms were tampered with that night - someone tried to open the doors of four rooms on the first floor - in one case they had an extra key, opened the door and claimed a drunken customer said that was his room - even though our group had all rooms booked and ID documents submitted to verify room occupation. Our group did not feel safe that night.

Hotel está em obra e isso não está indicado na hora da reserva. Os funcionários não atenderam a nossa expectativa na hora do atendimento. Fomos para POA para ir ao jogo da semifinal da libertadores, então no dia do evento chegamos de madrugada no hotel. A equipe disponibiliza uma parceria com uma lanchonete e as próprias pessoas da recepção que realizam o pedido para você, direto com o outro estabelecimento. Me deixaram esperando pelo meu pedido na portaria por mais de 3h, durante uma madrugada. Só checaram aonde estava porque eu pedi e no final, alegaram que o pedido chegou e foi embora porque não atendemos os telefone, mas estávamos o tempo inteiro na portaria esperando pela comida. Não indicaria para ninguém.

The Sir who was working on the reception was pretty kind and polite!

the last time I went to this hotel, the bed was pretty good, but this time the price was higher and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was way too soft witch you just can’t sleep on it. unfortunately i couldn’t sleep.

I recommend it for a short stay.

Good position: close to city center and rodovia tram station, the latter serving also the airport. The staff is friendly, only 1 person at the reception was able to speak English but they understand Spanish and Italian as well, so we had no issue of communication. We had a problem with the bathroom and it was solved within 10 minutes. The breakfast is OK. The building is old as well as the rooms, so the bathroom may look dirty but it is not, everything was clean.

There were small ants in the room which disappeared after the first cleaning the day after we arrived. After leaving the place, I asked a further receive of my staying via email but I never got it, despite they promised it.
