Large, clean and secluded beach. Great garden with lots of trees and flowers.
Some mosquitos at night, but there is a mosquito net in the room, and we use repellent.

Great room with great view
Clean swimmingpool
Really enjoying our room , bathroom, with the view and own swimmingpool. Good bed.
We had problems with the cleaning service,
They knocked on the door at 07.30 in the morning, when we were sleeping. The couldnt clean later than this time, also not like 15 or 30minutes later, i dont understand this?. 2 days our room were not cleaned because of this. (They could clean our room the whole day, only not before 08.15 in the morning because my husband only can sleep a bit longer in the morning during vacation.

There were only a few other guests in the hotel, so I have no idea how it is when it is fully booked. Having said that, now it was the best hotel experience I have had in Vietnam in the past 5 years. I had the feeling I was in Bali. All the staff was very considerate and punctual. The place itself is a little paradise with its big trees, lots of grass, birds and flowers. The cottage with private swimming pool, outdoor bathroom, view and sound of the sea was better than expected.
Difficult to find downsides. Maybe the ongoing construction of the ugly neigbour hotels, but you can hardly blame the hotel for that. THey forgor to renew the soap on the second day, but given all the other good things, I could live with that. Wifi couls have been better.

The bungalows with each a private swimming pool are great, it is near the beach, correct breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful
The family bungalows with 3 rooms are just bungalows with 3 different separate rooms not like a house or villa where you can all have good time together, just change for another room as they gently offered us...

The location was remote, we arrived late in the evening and checked out first thing in the morning. Felt sorry for the staff, they couldn’t speak much English.
What couldn’t be better….. I am surprised the resort was open. We arrived, it was empty, no other guests staying (. Booking.com) said it was booked out when I checked. There was not much available on the menu. There was one 2014 bottle of white wine, and one bottle of red wine that had been corked. We asked for something else to drink, nothing available. We went to our 3 bedroom villa. Each room was separate with a key, and only accessed externally. The third room down two flights of stairs, external from the room. The gardens were poorly maintained with broken lights, weedy paths and bits of ply covering pits.

Staff were Friendly and working very hard, given the difficult environment they work in. Hotel Management did react to come concerns raised during this unfortunate stay.
This hotel is very very tired. It is not clean, not kept well and the safety of guests is not a priority to the Management. I wrote an email to the Management during my stay, with a list of worrying observations. The list contained many factors around upkeep, cleanliness and safety. It is my opinion that this hotel needs to close for a full renovation pre reopening it's doors. Booking.com should send an inspector there too, as Guests really are at risk accidents and possible danger.

Pool villa with ocean view at a reasonable price. Enough said!
The breakfast was very local and there was no buffet, but I suppose that was to be expected, especially when they were running under capacity post-Covid.

The resort is VERY peaceful and relaxing - great secluded location. The pool is great, but would be better if more shaded areas were available. I had a small private pool at my villa (#401) which was surprisingly large. The beach is a beautiful protected cove with nice sand and gentle waves. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Given all other aspects of the resort, their villa bathrooms are subpar, The fixtures, closet, and décor in the villa I stayed are out dated and the bathroom portion of my villa bordered on primitive - I think they were trying to be modern and rustic at the same time = they need to redesign & update their villa's, especially the bathrooms. The old fashioned lights should be replaced with a lighted ceiling fan and a larger space to hang clothes. There was no stand-alone shower; instead the shower was in the bathtub and the showerhead is at chest level meaning you have to squat in the bathtub to wash your hair. There is no shower curtain or glass doors and the tub placement is poorly engineered - it results in excessive water on the floor after each shower. If you arrive near the end of breakfast hours - be prepared for a small selection. I don't mean to be so negative over these points as they didn't really have much impact; my stay was very pleasant.

bacony in the room which can see the beach
the way that resort's staff couldnt manage clients. the resort didnt have sercurity who can make warning when guests did wrong. as example, some guest wore all clothes to swim. the swimming pools is not valuable as 4 star granded resort as naming. the breakfast is not good, may be a little bit poor. In room, equipments as hair dryer and hot bowl couldnt use.

The room is spacious.
I stayed 02 days but no room cleaning, no new towel. But, there was always a bags of towel/drap etc in front of my door room. Wifi is very slow in side the room, and outside almost no wifi.

The villa with the private pool was excellent - the room had a nice amount of space and the outdoor bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was good, mostly Vietnamese options, but the eggs and fruit were great.
The resort was really busy over the weekend, but when the crowds left in the week, the resort placed guests right next door to us. This could have been better planned out.
We asked for a baby crib before arriving, but they provided a day bed. With the language barrier, we had to ask 3 times for a crib. Eventually, one was provided.

The privative swimming pool with the bungalow is really nice, the green spaces in the resort are very well maintained, the beach is well maintained also, the maintenance staff are mainly very kind and smiley, but the reception staff are not really concerned by the customers when we asked some informations, behavior should be more welcoming and taking care. The first thing should be to say "Hello" to the customers.
The breakfast is not at the level of 4 stars, too much similar every days and not adapted for foreigners choices.
