Good location and great staff

Es céntrico, tiene varios establecimiento de hostelería en la misma acera, un supermercado muy próximo. No es un hotel de lujos.
No tengo nada que decir, porque tiene lo que necesito cuando voy a Calatayud.

Nice stopover on my travels north. Nice cafes outside. Central location.
Parking was difficult to find close to the hotel.

Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It is near Calatayud Train Station going to Madrid or Barcelona via Regional Trip. Also it is near at the major business centers and establishments in town (Bank, Fastfood Restaurant, Grocery Store etc...)
Service/Personnel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They are friendly. The woman from the afternoon shift who assisted me while checking in and also the man from the morning shift who helped me with my issue with the super hot water coming out from the shower.
Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So far, this is the only thing I am happy about. It is clean and the decors are up to date.
Bed/Sleep Quality ⭐️⭐️
Bed is good. I had fresh linens but I did not slept well as it is a bit cold in the room.
Comfort/Equipment/Amenities ⭐️
It is a bit cold in the room. I am not sure if there is a heater or what. There is also a big gap on the door like half an inch where cold air enters. And since there is a gap on the door, you'll hear every guest on the hotel passing by the door walking and talking loud which make it difficult for me to sleep and rest not until pass 11:00PM. The phone on the bedside table doesn't work properly while calling the reception area. The time I had to take a bath, the water that is coming out from the shower is too hot, as in super hot like you can make hot coffee out of it and though I tried to adjust the faucet to cold water, still hot water is coming out. I had to go downstairs (because the phone is not working) to talk to the personnel on the reception to address the issue so I can take a bath. This is like early in the morning like 7:00AM. No shampoo nor toothpaste, toothbrush and room slipper were being provided, just towels and body wash.
Value for Money ⭐️⭐️
I paid €44.10 for a night stay breakfast included. But due to not so comfort stay I had, I guess this is too much for a price. Also the breakfast is not really enticing. I had a cup of coffee with milk, croissant a la plancha and a small amount of orange juice. I had stayed with a lot of hotels paying the same amount I paid a night but with quality breakfast included.

The location right in the centre of town with loads of options to eat outside with our dogs.
Only one small thing NO parking as city centre, although I did manage to get a space right outside the hotel.

Right in the centre of the town, overlooking the bustling boulevard. Room was quiet though😀 Lovely hot water and shower. Room and beds were clean. They are also dog friendly. Good price, no frills.
No parking facilities!! Had to find some street parking on a very busy Saturday night…
Breakfast, ordered when booking, was rather sparse, just a toasted croissant, butter & jam, and glass of orange juice and a cup of coffee.

the location
I left one day before in the morning and they charged me for a night I didn't stay. If you needed to talk to the receptionist and he was on the phone, he ignored you and you had to wait or leave without talking.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was great. Close to local amenities. Adjacent to several bars/cafe's. Parking directly outside (metered, but free from 17:00 - 09:30).
Rooms are a little dated
9.0

The room was very small and was a small double bed.
Ideal for center, free parking on Sunday

Lovely location, staff and room size, price
Pillows too soft, it may be a bit noisy

Clean, comfortable, affordable.
Noise from neighboring rooms is a matter of luck. Insonorization could be better.

i like the location of the hotel, it is very near in the bus station and very easy to find.. the staff are so kind and accomodating..they are very easy to deal with and very eager to help us in our needs. if ever i will go back to Calatayud i will go back on this hotel again.
it is better if there is another extra pillow, i am used to sleep with one pillow under my knee to relax my back. the air conditon is only put in fan. dusts are presents on the door of the cabinet.

Location is very central great for visiting the museums etc....Brakfast is traditional Spanish ..Orange juice ..coffee with toast and butter and marmalade.
Meals at night are at the traditional time 9.00 p.m. Good value but late ...Expect you can't please everyone and its mostly a Spanish fraternity.

Support of the reception staff was exceptional.
