Great Friendly Service with the best Location

Wow ..from the moment we arrived with the friendly help of Matteo meeting us at the car to direct us to his amazing place we were so glad we had booked this little gem ....Great Location ..Clean Rooms ...Great A/Con ...Fabulous Breaky on the Terrace with a view ....Thanks Matteo and staff for your friendly service .

There are Stairs to rooms no lift so if you struggle this might not be for you .....but not really an issue.

Relaxing Stay

The location of this place is perfect. The room was charming and cozy. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was served on the roof with amazing cheeses, pastries, and fruit. Thank you!

Exceptional

We had a fantastic time! Matteo is a very kind and attentive host. The accommodation is well equipped and there is even a mini fridge in the room. We had a delicious breakfast every morning on the roof terrace. We will definitely return here.

Great location, breakfast on a terrace with a nice view

We had our own balcony. The breakfast was served on a spacious terrace with a great view. Variery of dishes on breakfast. The location in absolutely great, in the city center, close to everything.

Very small bathroom, rather in camper style. The free car park we found 300 metres from the place.

Fantastic location neighbouring with the historic center. A few minutes walk to the most beautiful beach Lama Monachile Cala Porto and nice restaurants.

A cozy place to try Polignano

You are really close to the ancient city; there is a lovely roof, and the breakfast reminds you of the “nona” house, which is prepared by the owner with so much care.

I only wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you for the short but sweet stay!

Wonderful location with balconies and a fabulous upstairs terrace so that you can enjoy the fresh sea air! The host, Matteo, was not only available for assistance; he was incredibly kind and helpful!

The location was great. Laundry was clean.

The breakfast was in the bar nearby, and it was acceptable, but not much of a choice. There was also a funny episode in which the host stressed us because we had another 2 friends who came in Polignano, they had their B&B somewhere else, and of course i offered to put their luggages in our room until their check in time, and because of that the host stressed us a lot with messages, and seemed not to understand that they were our friends, or did not wanted to..As it was a short stay, i can sum it up a bit uncomfortable, with problems that rose up unecessarily. The room is crampy, and i would optimise the furniture as you can easily hit yorself constantly on the bed, there is not enough circulation space. The bathroom needs an uplift as mold is present.

Great Location, Small Room.

The location is great! Right in the heart of the town. Not a great sea view but if you go out to the balcony you can see a tiny bit of the sea far away. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Also, the balcony was nice and had a little table and 2 chairs where we got to enjoy some drinks there.

We didn't like how tiny the room was I think it was just our room though. Not sure How big the others ones were. The shower is like over the toilet almost and we were right in front of the reception. Not sure why they need a reception. They should just automatize everything for check in and check out.

I really enjoyed it!

Room is very clean. Location is perfect, super close to the bars and restaurants and it's like 7 minutes to the city beach. Some of the rooms have cute balconies.

For me the biggest problem was breakfast, I don't eat sweets for breakfast. The cupon we've got was only covering a drink and a sweet pastry... if you want eggs you need to pay 5 euros in nearest place.

Exceptional

I loved it. The host, Matteo, is amazing and he is willing to help you with anything you need. The location is amazing, the sea is 20 seconds away and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. Also, the breakfast is very delicious. I 100% recommend it.
