The location is in a lovely area
The restaurant is not open every evening

The breakfast was delicious and very diverse and had even salmon. The location was on a quiet road, near the vineyard.
The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The small town Lauda was very nice.
One improvement could be to have a mosquito net. But beside this, everything was great.

lovely room, very well appointed.
The immediate area had a fair amount of construction going on. Clearly, this is beyond the hotel’s control, but it is what it is.

Breakfast was very nice, too bad they renovate the kitchen as the menu and the food is excellent - great wine list

Recently totally renovated location, everything is done well and gives a feeling of apartments more than hotel rooms.
Quite location in the green, friendly staff and breakfast bar with sufficient big choice.

room was warm, beds very comfy bathroom clean and shower excellently
we thought the previous guests may have been smokers, there was a smell of cigarettes in the room when we went in.

Room was ok.
They did not let me order food from their own restaurant because it was full. They refused that I would order it to the room. So if I didn't order food from another restaurant I would stay hungry and thirsty til next day and it was only 18.00.
And also they refused to give me breakfast at 7.00 that I especially bought with room. It was 30 min too early for them.
Parking was difficult to find.

There was no airflow in the hallway of the accommodation and so felt quite stifling.

Rooms had air con, balcony and everything was very clean. Nice terrace for dinner and breakfast. The evening meal was very good, especially the green menu. We opted for four courses and it was excellent.
The rooms are lacking a bit of character. It could be a hotel room anywhere. Would have been nice to have a little bit of the vineyard atmosphere in the rooms. Also a shame they use one time small bottles for guest amenities. A larger bottle of soap and shampoo would be preferred. Similar for dinner. They only offer water in 0.5l. Instead of the usual larger bottles.

Breakfast was very good. Since COVID has eliminated self-service breakfast as an option, we have seen breakfast accomplished in a few ways in different hotels. The most common method we have seen during our travels is for you to tell the staff what you want on the breakfast line, and that person collects and serves. It was different at this hotel. They bring you a basket of breads, and a plate with small servings of a variety of items (yoghurt, salmon, tomato/mozzarella, cheese, deli meats, etc). They will also cook up fresh eggs/bacon if you ask. The food quality was very good, it is just that you dont really "choose" what you want for breakfast. You eat what is served. But, I believe if you wanted something different than is provided, you probabably only have to ask. We liked what we were given. As for the hotel, the facilities seemed like-new, in excellent condition, and nicely tucked up against a vinyard. All the staff were very nice.
We had been traveling several hours and arrived early evening to hotel. To make things easy, we decided to eat at their restaurant to save time. The dinner meal was 2.5 hours, from sit down to completion. That is not unusual, as Euro dining is more relaxed and it is a good restaurant. However, if you are looking for something quicker, rather than better tasting, I'd consider other options. I thought the room was a bit smaller than expected for the price, but the room was very good. (Perhaps I did not read the details closely enough in the room description?)

The breakfast was okay for us adults but not for our children. It was very busy and only one person was working. She did not tell us how things worked. We waited 15 minutes before she could help us. We did not receive our scrambled eggs, there was nothing that the children liked. We asked for strawberry jam. Had to wait an half an hour before she could tell us there was no more. The orange juice was empty..... do I need to go on.....
That when we got there I told the man my German wasn’t very well. But throughout the evening he kept going on in German.

The Sommelier is outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views from the new building over the winery.
