Não tinha porta do chuveiro e o ralo da pia tava entupido e demoraram. Um dia para me Trocar de quarto e fiquei sem. Tomar banho. O dia todo porque não tinha porta do chuveiro de tomar banho. Pk tinhas os meus filhos no quarto

Agradável mas deixa muito a desejar

Do quarto, a cama é super confortável , e não se ouve barulhos nenhuns de lá de fora. A maior parte dos funcionários são muito simpáticos.

Já fui mais que uma vez para este hotel, e há um funcionário no restaurante principal, já com uma certa idade, que vem sempre com a mesma conversa aos clientes, se sabemos a que horas fecha o restaurante e se sabemos que horas são para estarmos a ir comer. Se está cansado ou farto de trabalhar, tem mais que idade para ir reformado para casa. No quarto, necessitava da chaleira para ferver água para o leite do bebé, estava cheio de restos de ervas de chá e água amarela. Hotel muito frequentado pela etnia cigana, tanto o salgados palace, como o do lado, que por acaso tive que lá entrar para ir à loja de conveniência, e é tudo ocupado por eles, onde os funcionários a eles não dizem absolutamente nada. Vão almoçar a pingar de água da piscina, envoltos nas toalhas, vão servir-se de bikini e descalços. Outra pessoa qualquer, chamariam a atenção. A variedade de comida tanto ao pequeno almoço, como ao almoço e jantar, deixa muito a desejar, houve refeições que praticamente não comemos. O hotel nau São Rafael suites, dá 10-0 ao salgados palace.

Good stay for golf course but sister hotel over road was much nicer.

Location was good and rooms were lovely

Food was not to a good standard, was always cold and not very inspiring. Restaurant area was untidy and certainly not to the 5 star it claims. Toilets out of use everywhere.

Poucas alterações para ser excelente.

Bastante variedade na restauração, todo o staff bastante agradável, quarto com boas comodidades. Foi a nossa primeira vez mas gostamos bastante, veremos se é possível voltarmos após remodelação.

No quarto o colchão do sofá cama poderia ser melhor. No quarto por vezes vinha bastante cheiro a esgoto, na altura de mudanças de marés.

Funcionários muito simpáticos e amáveis; Boas instalações; Fui passar meu aniversário e quando entrei no quarto tinha mensagens em todos os espelhos, muito obrigada!

Gostei de tudo, no entanto, chamo a atenção para o barulho que fazem ao arrastar as mesas e cadeiras da esplanada no bar do piso 1, penso que é aquando da limpeza. Quem está no quarto por cima, como foi o meu caso nr 220, às sete e tal já há muito barulho e depois do bar fechar também.

Très déçu car peut beaucoup mieux faire..!

L'hôtel présente en apparence des installations modernes, mais en voyant de plus près ce n'est pas le cas. On a pu néanmoins apprécier le calme de l'établissement. Cela dit il est loin de tout ; des commerces, et de la plage. Une voiture personnelle est obligatoire pour résider et profiter de la zone.

Tout ou presque tout. La prestation servie n'est pas celle d'un 5 étoiles. Encore moins celle d'un all inclusive. La majeur partie des restaurants y compris celui de la piscine reste hors forfait. Le buffet est répétitif, tous les jours au même repas, c'est la même offre ..! La salle de restaurant est bruyante, et l'hôtel n'est même pas complet (rempli à 40%). La literie est très usagée. Les douches pleines de calcaire. Le personnel n'est pas professionnel pour ne pas dire pas formé du tout. Il ne comprend pas l'anglais et ne sourit jamais. A chaque demande on a l'impression de les déranger. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.

Bastante agradável.

Sitio muito bonito e agradável. O pequena almoço é bom mas acho que fica um bocado aquém em relação a outros hotéis de 5 estrelas.

Ter que pagar pela piscina interior, acho que fica mal um hotel de 5 estrelas em 2024 não ter incluído no valor da estadia a piscina interior, seja ela Spa ou não.

Very good stay but bar and kids pool needs to improve.

The food is great given the amount of people they need to serve. The staff is friendly and helpful. The adults pool area is generally clean . Being able to charge my ev was a great great plus and the fact that on the last day we got to checkout but still have lunch was a tremendously good touch.

The bar is just not enough, too many lines and most of the time just 1 or 2 from the staff working on it. As such the quality of the drinks is very mediocre, things are done in seconds and with low quality drinks and ingredients. The kids pool area with the boat is just plain disgusting, it’s so so so so dirty because there used to be grass next to the pool which now is just mud. The kids club is also very simple and blend, my kids are 4 and 5 and only went once because they didn’t had much to do in there

Park your car, don’t worry about anything else and just have fun during your stay.

You park your car and stay at the hotel until checkout. Everything you need is provided given that you book an all inclusive stay. Staff is really kind from day one to checkout, food is always available and it is of good quality and diversity. Very good for families with kids (probably not nice for young couples) Sunset bar and the moonlight restaurant at the 5th floor are pleasant places to be at sunset, nice landscape from the terrace.

Too crowded during the weekend, day-users blend with hotel guests, the food courts are packed with people walking all around and it gets really hard to chill, it’s a stressful situation. Sunday’s better than Saturday, and the week days are fairly ok. Dinner must be done early in the evening otherwise you’re gonna find queues at the restaurant door and have to wait some minutes to get inside. The beds. They definitely need new mattresses.

Not sure how this hotel qualifies as 5 stars!

The only thing that was decent with this hotel was the mattress.

Where do I start? The air conditioning didn't work, they tried to cover it up by saying that we didn't use the thermostat properly, but later on, admitted they were having air conditioning problems. The food was bland, nothing was labeled, so you had no idea what you were eating. Not helpful for someone with food allergies or someone who can not eat pork. The food was cold, but hey they have a microwave for you to warm it up if you would like. Honestly, a microwave to warm up food that is supposed to be made fresh, guess that means the food is cooked way before it is placed out on the buffet table. The room had lights that didn't work. The shower head was full of mold. We were scheduled to stay for 4 nights, but due to the air conditioning not working appropriately, we chose to only stay 1 night because we had no choice. We did get a refund for the 3 nights, but honestly, we deserve a full refund.

Convenient hotel that applies to mass tourism and does the job - not more.

Rooms have everything you need, are fairly large and convenient. The pools are large and offer enough space / loungers. Different dinner theme every evening. Great cocktails and quality spirits offered in all inclusive package.

It's a mass hotel, let's be honest about this. It you are looking for a 5-star (romantic) getaway, this isn't it. Also, the gym is tiny, the equipment there is old, and not well maintained. Access to the indoor pool and spa costs extra and is not worth the fee. The internet coverage is not great and at peak times quite slow.

Disappointing 5 star. With little adjustments could give much better impression.

Everything was close by. Restaurant, pool, reception, bar, etc. Nice pool for the small kids to play, with sliding, was a great plus for us too. A small playground and mini golf next to kids pool provided alternatives for kids entertainment. Also nice with the train to the beach.

There were plenty of things that disappointed, especially when this is supposedly a 5 star reaort. Will put a short list: 1. The service at the buffet restaurant was not good. Almost always late to open (if it was opening at 12.30 for lunch, it would open 12.35 or 12.40). Even though people would be waiting at the door, everyone worked slow and ignored the waiting people. 2. Not really well clean. In 10 days stay the sheets on the sofa bed were not changes 3. The choice of food in the restaurant. Too little choices of vegetables, and not really great quality. 4. All inclusive, but for instance a simple dispenser of sodas was not available. If you wanted a drink during the day, even if a simple sofa, you would need to queue in the only outdoor bar. 5. Getting to the restaurant and missing cutlery to take food or having beer or sangria dispensers empty...being the first customer in. Then waiting 10 mins for issue to be fixed 6. Bad light in the room. Room was dark, definitely could have a review of the interior design/architecture when it comes to lighting.

Great place to spend quality time with the family and kids.

Almost everything but specifically: 1. Staff 2. Quality of food 3. Location

Only three minors: 1. The quantity of food was more than enough, but we would enjoy having more diversity in the lunch/dinner buffet 2. The fun team for the kids needs to be more proactive 3. The gym didn't have any cardio machines working.

good but could be better

the rooms were very clean and spacious.

the pools (apart from the children’s pool) we’re quite deep. you couldn’t socialise or have a drink etc in the pool, purely for swimming. the food that was available was nice, however nowhere near as much choice as any other all inclusive I have been too. there is also no snack bar near the pool which is handy especially is you have children.

It was ok for a short stay.

The staff was polite and friendly and there were some nice entertainment possibilities for children.

For a 5 star hotel we were expecting better food. A refreshing is needed throughout the property. You see things which are not anymore in shape. Maintenance needs to be improved. There was very loud music till 11:00 pm every day making it difficult to put children to sleep before that hour.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Very nice location . Super place for family vacation with small children. Selection in buffet was very tasty and good . Frech baby soup and puree was nice suprise.
