A comfortable and quiet place to stay with friendly staff and good value rooms.

A warm and friendly host , in a quiet and convenient location, off street parking, The rooms were warm and comfortable

Good location. Clean and Tidy. Friendly staff. Good Breakfast.

The room was cold as it seemed the radiator was not working. So we just has to cover up under the duvet. The Bedside lamp was not working.

Possibly unlucky but who knows

Nice touch that they give you a bottle of water and a mince pie as we stayed on Christmas night.

Bed was very low and mattress old and uncomfortable. Toilet has a macerator and in the morning after flushing the toilet it all started to come up into the shower.

Stress free visit with an excellent breakfast nothing was too much trouble!

Every aspect was spot on. Would highly recommend this venue

I can't think of a problem I am disabled but managed the nice wide staircase to the first floor. After conversing with our host he stated that there are some downstairs rooms available upon request

My mother and I were made to feel very welcome. The staff were very helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant.

Superb excellent

Everything, vin the owner is an amazing person. The staff are excellent. The food was superb, the room was excellent, everything was just top notch made our weekend a home from home

Booked the hotel close to anfield for the rolling stones gig in June... and normally I "can't get no satisfaction"... 3miles from anfield... perfect location... safe parking as car oark is in a lane which made it great for motorbike security... although if you are taking a bike make sure you have a stand plate... the chuckies are deep. Inside... bar and lounge spotless and well maintained. Rooms spotless big enough and favilities for a few nights stay.... only criticism... in the top floor the water pressure in the sink is a bit weak... not gonna take a fit over that though. Bar prices average 5quid per pint Breakfast .. more than enough to "start me up" well served and presented. I don't want them to put their prices up ... but excellent value for money. If the Orwell park was "only rock n roll"... I liked it liked it yes I did

Breakfast and size room..

Shower plastic around it was cracked which they knew about did not fix.Because of this shower was no good, not much water coming out.The room was cold and could been cleaned better.
