Estaba limpio y bien equipado, Yuliana atendió y dio solución a todas nuestras inquietudes,

The walking distance to the beach was quite short and enjoyable.
The number of pubs and restaurants in Jolly Harbour is also a plus.
The availability of golf carts for rental is convenient.
Swimming pool, tennis courts, shops etc were quite a walking distance from the unit and the cost of renting of golf carts for moving around Jolly Harbour is substantial.

The villa was really comfortable. Position was great: just beside the beach. The apartment is very big and perfect for a group of people. It is also very well furnished so you can easily cooked at home. Finally, a particular mention to the owner that she is super kind and supportive in whatever you need. For us she has been fundamental to understand activities and what to do in the country

The condo was on the north finger. Updated bathrooms, kitchen and furniture. It is very clean and it has a washer and dryer to make your stay feel like home
The condo is far from restaurants and markets so you need a minimum of a golf cart to do grocery shopping .
It has only 2 outdoor chairs, it should be with 4 so you don't have to bring the indoor chairs outside

We loved our stay here. The villa was very well equipped and in a great location a short walk from the fantastic beach. Our hosts were truly exceptional. They were easily contactable, responsive and helpful from the moment we booked the trip to when we left. Highly recommended.
Nothing.

the villa is located close to Jolly harbour beach and marina
The water on the tap is yellow, not drinkable. We were not aware of that based on the site description.
The water from the system require to switch between city water and unit water pump. We were not aware of that based on the site description. The water pump we believe was broken as it make a lot of noise when running water on the tap. WAS Not comfortable to stay inside while water tap is running.
There was a ceiling leak that produce hazards of fall and slip and had injured while walking in the living room. The ceiling show few locations of previous leaks.
There were no minimum necessary consumables inside the villa, The landlord told us in the day of arrival to buy toilet paper , paper towels, kitchen essentials and cooking basics. We spend $300 US next day we arrived to be able to live decent inside the villa.
The Outlets on the wall look like 110V but actually we’re 220V. We brought Canada 110V electric water pick that was burned out due to the misleading outlet look and lack of information on the site description.
There is no mention on the villa description that the outlets were 220V, while the appearance was misleading.
The outdoor patio cushions were old and look uninviting to sit on it.

A fantastic welcome from Giuliana, the location is perfect and the facilities, Antigua is wonderful. I will be returning.

very bright and clean property. very close to the beach, there’s a supermarket, bars & restaurants on site. almost like staying in a resort. it felt very safe
the shower pressure wasn’t great, and we also had to put the curtains up our self in the main bedroom, they were quiet long enough so was very bright. But everything else was perfect :)

location
the property was so tired and needed a good cleaning as well as decorating new floor tiles as a lot were broken, there was a shortage of light bulbs in the fittings, kitchen cabinets are old but it did work, one of the toilets was constantly smelling of sewage that it could not be used for the 1st week but managed to get that sorted , however the letting agent Giuliana was the perfect host and helped us were she could, I would recommend anyone staying there to sort out transport whether it be a car or a golf buggy before the go as it is such a long way to the nearest amenities
all in all we had a fantastic Holiday but would look for a more updated and modern property.

Upon arrival I was given a super briefing where I was explained all the services of the house and what to see in Antigua. I only had one afternoon off so I visited the nearby beaches with a rental car.
Everything was perfect in my opinion.

The check in was easy and with a great briefing at the arrival. They took me to the supermarket to do the shopping in their car and they didn't ask me for money. The view is amazing from the patio. I will be back as soon as possible and this time for several days.
I really can't understand how anyone can complain about this villa with the fair price it has and the beauty of the patio over the water. There were no bad things during my stay in this villa.

The patio is very big and directly by the water of the marina;
The mattress was very comfortable and I had a super sleep after 2 weeks of sailing;
The manager of the house was very kind and on my arrival he accompanied me in his car to buy something to drink and eat and did not want to be paid:
When I'll return in the autumn I will book again for sure, this villa is something special at Jolly Harbour.

The hosts were kind and communicative. They arranged transfers to and from the airport and were kind enough to give me a complimentary late check out since my flight was later in the evening. The villa is very convenient to Jolly Beach and the patio gets nice sunlight in the morning.

Location was excellent and the hosts were so helpful with our specific requests. They went out of their way to make things easy for us. Such a lovely couple!
Kitchen crockery a bit random, also had to ask for tea towels, and a few things needed attention. I have since contacted the hosts and I am sure they will be sorted.

Great property in great location. We were number 404D. They vary quite alot on quality.
The neighbours are very close so we felt we had to be very quiet.

My wife and I are very familiar with Jolly Harbour and this was the first time we had stayed in a villa on the north fingers.
Although it was a little further from the commercial center this was not a problem as we always rent a car.
The patio was wonderful, and we spent most of your time there.
There was plenty of storage for our clothes and the two bathrooms were well appointed.
We were extremely disappointed that there was no air conditioning downstairs. It was extremely uncomfortable for us intill Joann arranged a fan to add to the ceiling fan during the second week.
There was also on TV (or even a radio) until the third week when Cory loaned us his personal Amazon TV Fire Stick. Then we encountered data problems and had to contribute EC50 to get the service reinstated.
The cleaner, Tamika, was excellent and very friendly; Pam and I liked her a lot.
We understand that the owner does not routinely accept paying guests as it is her permanent home. It was very kind of her to allow us to stay while she was away. and we are grateful to her. But we would not want to stay again without A/C and TV.

I needed a quiet villa for work on my computer. Antigua chiama Italia villa is perfect for smart working. The patio by the marina is perfect for a person that live in a big city with smog and traffic jam always.
Everything was ok, it exceeded my expectations for the amount that I paid.

My villa was the 407C. The price was great for the amount that I paid. The view is special and the breakfast on the patio on the water of the marina of Jolly was unforgettable.
I read an old review that talked about some problems, I noticed that they have all been fixed.
5.0 / 5.0
Everything was amazing, first of all the patio by the marina. They have different villas, my villa was the 407C: clean and in a great position.
Everything was great

The location was very good, only about 30 min. by car from the airport. The villa was very comfortable and the view from the deck was amazing! The hosts were very attentive and Randy treated us like family! The restaurants on site, were amazing and the supermarket was very convenient! We had a problem with the air conditioning and it was fixed the next morning! The beach access was very good!
The only reason for the bad rating for question 3 was the guard on duty was clueless about our arrival despite an envelope with the keys in it being left with my name and villa # written on it! My only real complaint would be the awful smell that emanated from the faucets whenever the water was turned on in either bathroom or the kitchen sink!

We stayed at 248A villa. The only bonus was the location.
The property was old, dirty, poorly maintained. It desperately needs refurbishment.Way under our expectations.
Wouldn’t recommend it.
Filthy,old fashioned,not pleasant to stay at.Very disappointed.

We know Antigua very well, we have relatives and friends. We came in for a b-day party and we decided to rent a villa to be independent. This villa was simply perfect, the guy who did the check-in was kind and helpful, he also showed us Jolly Harbour area and took us to the south beach, to a nice beachbar! So kind from him. The best stay we had!
Nothing.
