Amazing South Scottsdale Home, just finished a complete renovation on Property, including all New High end Finishes, appliances, and furniture!! This home is located within minutes from Old Town Scottsdale which have the best bars and restaurants in Scottsdale. Also close to great golf courses, casino, top golf, and Spring training games!

Relax inside with this beautifully remodeled four bedroom three full bathroom house with private pool! There are 7 large screen TV in this house including 65" entertainment system in Family Room. The family room, kitchen and dining room are large and open for a great entertaining space. Home also has custom Game room with Pool Table and Separate Bar Area, tons of fun!! The backyard also features a large swimming pool, outdoor dining table, fire pit, BBQ, Jacuzzi, corn hole game, and of course large screen TV!

Our place is good for couples, business travelers, families, and groups. The bedroom layout is as follows:

Master Bedroom: King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom with Rain Shower; 43" TV and door to the pool.

2nd Master Bedroom: King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom and 43" TV

3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed few steps to the hall bathroom and 43" TV

4th Bedroom: 2 Full Beds few steps to the hall bathroom and 43" TV

Extra Sleeping: Pull out queen bed in Family Room and 65" TV

Pool Heat – Pricing varies based upon pool size *Need 48 hour advanced notice. Set to around 82 degrees*

• Early Check-In and Late Check Out (if available) - $200 each

• Pack & Play and Highchairs - $25 each

Great house and location to Old Town Scottsdale! We had a big group (12) for our annual girls weekend and this house was very spacious and fit all of us very comfortably. Love the pool and all of the outdoor seating! You can’t go wrong with this one! Thanks Dave!!

This place is amazing and Dave is so nice and so responsive. We landed early and check in wasn’t until 1 pm and when we let him know he was able to get us in earlier than expected which was very accommodating and nice of him! The pool was extremely clean and the vibe of the place was clean and fresh, very relaxing. It’s 10 min from old town so getting there was easy. The backyard is stocked with chairs, a hot tub, grill, etc. and also there are enough towels for a 20 person group which was very very nice. The convenience of having laundry in the house was great. Overall a wonderful stay. Would 110% recommend staying here!!!

Excellent property. Group of 8 gals stayed for a long weekend. We loved the house, location and excellent accommodations. Beautiful relaxing outdoor space with pool, hot tub and fireplace. We paid extra to heat the pool which was 100% worth it! Close toOld Town Scottsdale.

The house was absolutely perfect and Dave couldn’t have been more accommodating. The house itself is beautiful and the best part is the outdoor area. The pool, hot tub, grill, etc. were great and perfect for enjoying a long weekend in AZ. Would definitely recommend!

We had a blast, there was 12 of us guys that stayed there 10 of us being 18+, the whole place fit us all there! Great neighborhood with plenty of options around and Dave was very helpful with communication and any help that we needed! Great weekend!

I brought my girls basketball team for a tournament in Scottsdale. They were thrilled to find a heated pool and spa waiting for them! The house was clean and well-appointed, and while we were only there in the evenings, the girls really enjoyed their stay. I won't hesitate to book again next season.

We had a brilliant trip to Scottsdale celebrating our 50th birthdays. And at the heart of that trip was this lovely VRBO. It had everything we needed in the kitchen for laugh sessions late in the night. In the day, we sunbathed our Northern bones around the pool or took a break under the shade. The backyard also had a giant table for dinner, and the couch fit all of us. Enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate the seven of us. It was so nice, we didn’t want to leave the house but when we did it was a short and cheap Uber drive to downtown.

Our party of five adults absolutely loved this property. Easy to find, excellent beds, impeccably clean and convenient location. The communication with Dave our host was so easy and he was attentive and helpful. I really appreciated that the clean up / check out process was super easy and not as overwhelming as other places I’ve stayed in the past. Highly recommend this super cute place!

The perfect home for a family of 5-6. 2nd master bedroom gave grandma her own space so she didn't have to share a bathroom with the kids. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to make great family meals, and all the fun extras kept us all entertained. The neighborhood and street noise was surprisingly quiet. We wouldn't think twice about staying here again. Highly recommend.

This home was everything we hoped for! Very clean, well stocked with dishes and toiletries, and comfortable. The location was great as well. Just a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale and around the corner from the grocery store. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming! We LOVED the pool and hottub and they were well taken care of. :)

We had a fantastic time at this property! It was a great location, easy to get to the other things we were doing in the area. We also enjoyed some great time in the backyard and game nights at the house! Everything was clean, very well organized, and inviting! The property manager was so wonderful and incredibly responsive! On this trip, it was only adults, but as a mom of a little one, I appreciated that they also had a crib and high chair available in one of the closets — it would be a great spot for a future family trip, as well! We stayed at Dave’s place for my sister’s bachelorette party and had a wonderful time! The house was clean and spacious, we fit 10 girls easily in the house. We loved using the pool, hot tub, and cornhole in the yard. There were plenty of towels and sheets and pillows. The Uber rides to old town Scottsdale were short. It was a perfect place for us to stay! Thanks Dave

We loved our vacation at this house! My kids had a blast in the pool. Excellent hot tub. Yard games and board games, plus the pool table made this a fun and relaxing spot. Great location to Old Town Scottsdale. Very clean and comfortable.

The home and location was perfect. Clean , good size for us on this golf get away. I was frustrated at the post booking fee's that were not mentioned prior. , In fact the property is listing mentions having a heated pool. After booking , it was revealed heating the pool was an additional $ 60.00 per day. There were additional charges i don not recall... I think these " hidden fee's" should be mentioned up front. The home , check in , check out process was otherwise 5 star excellent.

Check in and out was super easy and Dave was very communicative and checked in with us during our stay which was very appreciated. The house is very cute and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was also a quick cheap Uber ride to food, coffee, and old town Scottsdale so location was perfect!
