a couple of chairs on the balcony would have been nice to have coffee outside in the mornings.

Pleasant

A sufficient number of clean towels and bedding in sealed packaging. The location was very good - close to all amenities, restaurants and landmarks.

We visited in February and the heating was off everywhere (actually, ony one room had heaters, the bedroom did not have any) except for the bathroom. I was upset about it and contacted the rental agency - I was told that it has been switched off because it was getting warmer which was not really the case because February is one of the coldest months in Nice and it was around 8 degrees at night. There was no way for us to switch it on so we stayed in a cold flat for a week. There has clearly been no investment in the flat for a long time because it looked quite dated. There are no cupboards or wardrobes in the flat, just shelves behind curtains. Kitchen accessories were very poor, there was no cutting knife, the pan was all scratched - by my standards it was unusable in that state. The bathroom was smelly which I guess was because the building was old and the pipes were most likely old too, it smelled of sewage. This is not the fault of the flat administration but I think a traveller should know what to expect. We met no one during our entire stay: collected the keys from a box near the office of the rental company and left it on the table. It would probably be nice to have a more personal interaction but I think that was the least bothersome aspect of our stay. It is also worth knowing that keys had to be picked up in the office of the rental company that is around 15 mins walk from the flat.

in a good location, good kitchen, tv worked, balcony is nice for people watching

check in at 17:00 and check out at 10:00 seems a bit much. the Rx eat app didn’t work.

Walk around the city with the bags to get the keys.

amazing location, close to bus/tramway stations, near a lot of restaurants and bars but not at all loud at night. cute balcony, appliances to cook with

we really enjoyed our stay here in Nice. it was a beautiful city and this apartment was close to everything! short walk

If I had a female company it would have been a let down but for me alone it was perfect.

I am used to hotels but as I wanted 3 days in Nice and a leisure trip and return wth a late flight i decided on location and simplicity. The tram from the airport is cheap and direct to Cassini , but I had to walk to the office to get the keys [ not in a keylock at the property ] then a 10 min walk to the property.

Once in showerd I headed out by Uber as parking is not advised. The room has a aircon timer, and the bed is pulled down. It's not the room In the photo as the bed is pulled down and access to the balcony is then obstructed. Once used to this fact Carre Four on the same street fills the fridge and overheads are lower than a hotel and rests. So swings and roundabouts .

Great location. Room has everything you need and was very clean when we arrived.

The 15 minute walk from the office to collect your keys to the apartment is not ideal, especially in 30°C carrying luggage. It is also not clearly stated when booking that this is something you will have to do.

The location was fantastic. The flat was very well equipped. Excellent value for money.

We found out a few days before coming that we needed to pick up the keys from the office, which is 1 km from the flat. Also, on the arrival, we were informed about 300 EUR of deposit. These things should have been communicated earlier.

Pleasant

Great location, nice balcony and well-equipped kitchen. Check-in and check-out was very simple and convenient with clear instructions.

The room was quite cramped and the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. The bed would move and creak during the night and mattress was sinking in the middle - making it difficult to have a good night’s sleep. I understand a floating bed is the best solution for the small area but it should be sturdier and more comfortable.
