A great little hotel in Zwolle, highly recommend as a stay here. Very well appointed, great staff

The hotel is an excellent place to stay in Zwolle, a spacious and very comfortable room, fabulous bathroom , a nice location with a view of the Melkmarkt, and a peaceful nights sleep.

3rd floor, very steep, hard to carry luggage. Stairs will not pass safety code in most countries. No duvet on one bed.

Beautiful big room, view of the Peperbus tower, free food and drinks in room, comfortable bed and good shower, excellent location

Superb

The room was absoloutley amazing for the price. The room itself was beautiful and clean and the layout was really well thought through.

The TV didn't really work and we couldn't figure out the heating but the room did stay pretty warm without it. However neither of these things bothered us and we had a lovely overall stay

Cosy and very well furnished n laid out studio apartment located in attic. Even comes with a full equipped kitchen - tough to beat!

Takes 3 flights of stairs to get to room. We didn’t mind at all but might be an issue for some.

The Hospitality from the owner and his staff very rare you get ppl in this world like them. Absolutely everything without their kindness and hospitality our trip would not have been as amazing it was .It was truly an unforgettable experience for my son and myself ,we will definitely be back see you soon and again thank you for everything .

Great except for the Mardi Gras level noise at 2am

Hotel staff was very accommodating .. we were using Zwolle to bookend a multi-day walking trip so left most of our luggage at the hotel. Great that they had free minibar in the rooom .. light snacks, Coca-cola, beer all as part of the room rate.

Overall a good hotel in the center of town. Odd that the toilet was in a separate room ... but it was a private toilet (just for our room). Shower and sink were in the room. Biggest drawback was the noise .. Zwolle is a party town, and it seems it is the loudest between 2 and 3 in the morning. The hotel did call it in the in-room instructions that it could be noisy and provided earplugs ....

Beautiful restored building, gorgeous spacious room with stylish modern furniture. the restaurant downstairs is excellent, such a great dining experience.

If you don’t want any noises of an older building and people having a great time, then don’t book here

fun for tourists, too noisy of a hotel and surroundings for a work trip.

everything in the room was clean and available. I felt like I was in a very luxurious place with attention to detail! everything was so comfortable

O know there was a restaurant below the hotel, that was manageable and cute soundwise. However, the noise from the bar/restaurant next door was insanely loud. This room needs sound proofing because the sound outside can’t be helped, but inside I could hear the upper neighbours walk around and up and down the stairs. On top of that there was ‘waterslag’ which made a lot of sound on the one night I could get some sleep because the other restaurants were calm. The earbuds were there to keep the noise out, but for a work trip I would have liked to have been made aware of how noisy this place is inside and out. I left sleep deprived and grumpy due to the late noise from bars around and even in the afternoon there was a lot of music playing and students shouting.

This hotel is a very nice surprise on a scenic location

Our room was room one, which was excellent because of its size and tasteful interior. The view was very nice, on Saturday there is a market if you look down through your window. There was a minibar with drinks en snacks for free, a hairdryer and a safe.

Due to the fact the hotel is in an old building, one can hear noises , like people walking or cleaning personnel moving furniture. The hotel is unfortunately too small to organize breakfast.

What a wonderful charming place, step out the door and enjoy the patios. Come inside and have a wonderful stay. Authentic, historic and very special.

You have to climb stairs!!! Good for working off the delicious apple gebak!!!

Wifi was ok. Hot shower. Gratis drinks in the fridge and some snacks. Location in the center.

Couldn't sleep until 3 am because neighbors are partying. In addition you can hear other guests jumping on the top floor.

Great location, about as central as you’re going to get. Room was clean, roomy and beds and bedding very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Got more than we bargained for, would definitely stay again, thank you :)

Complete attic room perfect for families and especially in current COVID conditions. Nice table where we enjoyed dinner from the restaurant below and had a lovely breakfast. Very central in Zwolle

Dishwasher was full when we arrived and not all windows could be blinded (some blinds not working well)

Welcoming homey place with perfect location

A very nice visit, friendly and helpful staff, really homey feeling. Fun quirk: we had a private toilet, but it was outside our room, right next door. We didn’t mind, it was still just for us, with a key, but we laughed that it’s a perfect stay for a new couple: very separate toilet to avoid any possible awkwardness, hahah! And that the things in the minibar were free is a first for us!
