There is a lot of equipment and the accommodation has enormous potential but is very poorly maintained. It is not at all a luxury gîte and the hygiene is questionable. A radiator that didn't work, an air hockey machine that couldn't be used because the puck was smashed, two of the three billiard sticks had no tips and were therefore unusable, bedside tables with lamps that weren't connected because there were no plugs! There were blood stains on the sheets, and as soon as you looked behind a piece of furniture or a bed you'd find dirt, and a used depilatory strip stuck to the floor in the middle of a room (disgusting)!

Zeer aangename woning. Wel hadden we geen warm water om te douchen en werkte de chauffage niet in alle kamers. Als deze puntjes worden weggewerkt is het zeker een aanrader voor een gezinsuitje!

Mooie villa en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad en Sauna is top. Evenals de locatie van de bakker tegenover de villa. Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt in mooie winterse omstandigheden, er lag een flink pak sneeuw.

Huis is prima. Groot genoeg. De slaapkamers waren prima en ruimte genoeg. Alleen de oven werkte niet (stuk??) dat was jammer. Er was ook geen beschrijving van de oven. Er waren geen kue krijtjes voor pool tafel waardoor het biljarten niet prettig was. Het zwembad mag in de wintermaanden wel wat warmer. Het water is kouder dan 25 graden. De deur van de Sauna sluit niet maar werkt wel. Er staat een Amerikaanse IJskast met water en ijsblokjes. Dat was top.

Ruimte in het huis is voldoende. Wel jammer dat er niet echt op details wordt gelet. Bijvoorbeeld: de koffiepot die nog vol zit, een lampje die het niet doet, beperkt toiletpapier in de houders, kapotte onderdelen van speeltoestellen. Het zijn allemaal niet écht grote dingen, maar het geeft je als tijdelijke bewoner niet het échte gast-gevoel. Bedden mogen inmiddels wel een keer vervangen worden. Het is een mooi gebouw waarín de laatste jaren niet veel aandacht is besteed. Jammer maar je kunt er qua ruimte prima met een grote groep verblijven. We hebben samen een fijne week gehad

Wat een heerlijk huis voor een grote groep! Inderdaad zoals in andere reviews staat, niet meer helemaal in perfecte staat, maar dat heeft ons niet gestoord. Het huis was goed schoon, en door de vele slaapkamers (en badkamers) was er genoeg plek voor iedereen om ook wat privacy te hebben. Het zwembad was heerlijk, en ook de pool- en airhockey-tafels waren polulair. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Al met al een erg fijn huis voor een weekend met vrienden!

BE-4950-127 Sourbrodt van 8 tot 15 juli Op de woning valt niets op te merken. Ze voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Perfect, proficiat. Minpunt in het verhaal: ik moest de sleutel afhalen bij de Heer Massin, een buur, maar die was er niet, was ook niet telefonisch bereikbaar, en reageerde niet op mijn ingesproken bericht. Ik heb dan de eigenaar, de Heer Vandenborre, gecontacteerd en die heeft mij per telefoon geholpen om het huis binnen te geraken. Volgens hem zou de Heer Massin langskomen voor wat uitleg. Ik heb de Heer Massin nooit gezien. Nochtans had ik wel graag wat uitleg gekregen over bv het eventueel sorteren van het huishoudafval, het onderhoud van het zwembad, en hoe om te gaan met het leger vliegen dat ons in de woning verwelkomd heeft en ons de ganse week gezelschap gehouden heeft. Ander minpunt: lokale handelaars waren dicht of gingen dicht tijdens ons verblijf. Verkeerd seizoen gekozen? Met vriendelijke groet Marc Limbourg

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit huis. Veel faciliteiten en het zwembad was heerlijk. Het huis is echter wel aan onderhoud toe. Rolgordijnen in de woonkamer zijn niet meer functioneel. Her en der pleisterwerk wat niet netjes is. Wat schimmel in sommige badkamers. Knopjes van kastjes kapot enz. Geen grote gebreken maar het oogt wat sleets. Verder wel schoon en een heerlijk huis

We zijn er voor de tweede keer terug geweest. Zalig uitzicht, fijne ligging. Sauna en zwembad (aan de frisse kant) zijn een pluspunt. Veel kamers met eigen sanitair is zeer fijn. Het mag wel eens opgefrist worden maar voor de rest een prima huis.

Ruim en warm huis met alles wat je nodig hebt, 2 mankementjes werden direct hersteld, het zwembad is uiteraard een pluspunt voor de kids. De eigenaars vragen wel om uit te checken om 10 u ipv 11u zoals vermeld staat.

Heerlijk lang weekend (vrijdag t/m zondag) met vriendengroep en kinderen in dit leuke huis verbleven. Er is genoeg te doen voor de kinderen zodat die zich zeker niet vervelen. We hadden een super mooi besneeuwd landschap dus dat maakte de omgeving geweldig. Hebben nog een leuk wandelingete gemaakt door het witte landschap. Het huis heeft een goede inrichting al was er hier en daar wel wat stuk. Maar dat is ook bijna niet te voorkomen met zo'n groot huis. We hebben het super leuk gehad dus een super geslaagde tijd!

We hebben een leuk verblijf gehad, was een geslaagd weekend. Het huis is mooi gelegen en er is voldoende parkeerplaats. Het is wel aan een redelijke drukke weg. In de heel vroege ochtend wat lawaai van verkeer, waardoor je wakker wordt. Oordopjes komen goed van pas, ;-). De tuin is groot en mooi onderhouden, jammer door het slechte weer hebben wij er niet ten volle van kunnen genieten. Door de vele regen, misten wij een afdak, waar je toch nog wat droog buiten kan zitten. Het zwembad was super van grootte en diepte en vorm. De omgevingstemperatuur aan het zwembad was heel warm, al een geluk, want het water van het zwembad was wel koud. De jacuzzi was er niet meer, op de fotoreeks staat die er nog wel bij. De kelder met daarin de sauna en de voetballerstafel en dartspel is niet zo aangenaam. Op de foto is de pooltafel in veel betere staat. Er zijn nu ook maar twee Kues'. We hebben ons goed geamuseerd!

De biljartstokken zijn niet echt in orde en ook de schuiftafel toont gebreken. Er zijn een deel lampen die gesprongen zijn en bepaalde plaatsen kunnen wel een likje verf gebruiken. Handleidingen voor het gebruik van de toestellen zou handig zijn. Wel veel ruimte en ontspanningsmogelijkheden.

Erg genoten van het grote huis met veel speelmogelijheden binnen en buiten. Fijn groot grasveld met doelpalen waar wij konden voetballen. Elke dag lekker zwemmen. Heerlijk voor volwassen en kinderen.

Hadden een prachtige week met 13 volwassenen en 5 kinderen tussen 3 en 8 jaar,de kinderen hebben zich super geamuseerd, door het minder goeie weer,hadden we toch voldoende mogelijkheden in het huis. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi is een meerwaarde.De game room werd door alle leeftijden gebruikt.Klein minpuntje is de gehorigheid op de kamers.

Great family holiday for three generations of one family, ranging all the way through from grandma to children, teenagers, back to younger and older adults. Plenty of space for everyone. Excellent bathroom facilities, most rooms having their own en-suite. Perfect kitchen and dining facilities and seating for everyone to be together for big family celebrations. Couple of great day trips in the local area although it was almost impossible to tear everyone away from the pool, jacuzzi, various indoor games and off the great football pitch outside. Highly recommend - would love to revisit

There is also extensive use of the lovely pool and games room. The seating area looked very nice, but the couch you could not actually sit just lying loose cushions, too long sessions etc.

We were with a group of friends there. Have you ever rented the house two years ago. Unfortunately, in these 2 years, not much has been done to the game room (billiards, air hockey) that was redesigned. The couch was just sat through. The rooms also have the gnawing tooth of time and in almost all bathrooms silver fish were to be found, as is known, is indeed a sign of Feutigkeit. For our for keeping such a house must be constantly maintained and even smaller beauty repairs (paint on the walls was chipped, bedside table completely shaky in our bathroom had only a shower and sink, but no counter space for toiletries) should be performed immediately to to get the overall impression.
