Well known Macedonian hospitality and kindness

Modern apartment, well equipped (mostly with Ikea furniture), exceptional clean, heating like in sauna 😁 ( great in these cold days)! Great location near to City Park and close to the best restaurants and bars in Skopje. Hosts are very kind and at disposal any time. All recommendations for this apartment.

A good stay if you want the city buzz

It was clean and had airconditioning and a washing machine. Water in the fridge.

We asked for one hour earlier check-in, which was confirmed but not applied. We couldn't reach the owner at all for more info, until just before two at the door where we were told to wait 5 mins. They were friendly but spoke very little English. We were told the 'German quality' elevator would surely take 5 people + heavy luggage but as we discovered the last day (when we were headed to the airport) that it doesn't like being held up over 10 sec. What happened next was that this awful thing closed, and jammed up with an unbelievably loud shaking and rattling noise! It was very scary. I finally got the thing down another level and we could escape! A resident who -judging by his attitude - was already sick of this happening over and over, told us it takes max 4 and not with this much luggage and the -according to him -universal 10 sec rule, which i've never heard of. I think it would be helpful if there were some basic instructions like check in and elevator in a general message beforehand. They could ask someone to write it once and then send it out to their guests, that would solve this difficulty. The description also said 3 bedrooms but that was 2 bedrooms and a bed in living room, which we also found somewhat misleading. A free parking spot as advertised was also not available, you needed some luck finding one nearby.

Superb

The apartment we stayed in was modern, clean and comfortable. Although a bit out of the center of town we really enjoyed the location.

As some of the other reviews have mentioned, the shower really has only two settings: cold or boiling hot. It made the shower almost unusable, for example you couldn't rinse your hair without scalding your head.

Nice location in spacious apartment

Very good location with a good view of the area. The property is spacious and holds up to 5 people, as we were only two. Parking in the area is free.

The elements in the kitchen is very few and it lacks a small dishwasher. The terrasse is for two persons. The parking in the area is troublesome - there is lots of not used cars taking up the space. At ground floor is a nice bar with good drinks.

it was comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. they had every facility that you can imagine. the helper/owner at the apartment was really friendly and helpful too.

Great Cozy Modern Apartment

Great place to stay. Great Location - 15min by walk from city center. Lot of food corner open 24/7 around building. Full Kitchen Very Clean

everything was great, the only thing I noticed is that the comforter is too small for two people. :)

Very good

The apartment where clean and spacious. Comfortable beds, linen and towels included. Everything worked seamless. We arrived late at night and got codes for the entrance and apartment door from our host well ahead. Fast WiFi was appreciated by the kids.

Some information about the surrounding area would have been appreciated. Bus stops, taxi service, supermarket etc. We got along fine but it's always great to get some information from the locals.

Walking distance to main city attractions. Close to nightlife (neighbor area with coctail bars). Apartment was clean and confortable.

People making noise at the common corridor, when they were coming back from bars. I had to pay with cash what wasn’t obvious (didn’t notice this information at reservation processs or cbooking confirmation) and was a little bit inconvenience

it was fully equipped with everything you might need even an umbrella and a shoe fitter!! perfectly clean , very comfortable bed. lovely hanging pictures and perfect temperature . Highly recommended as its very good value for money. Love from Malta x

Great value

Large and cosy apartment, big value for its price. There was also a PS3 console which was the kids delight. It is close to the Zoo and there are a lot of places where you can have lunch or dinner around the apartment. There are also two underground parking spots and the access is made by an elevator. You require quite some skills to handle the car as it's tight.

Noise from the restaurant located at the ground floor of the building. If there is no free underground parking spot, you have to find a spot on the street which is not easy.

Perfect stay for few days

Perfect check in, the apartment landlord were very attentive and quick. My flight arrived in the middle of the night, so they sent me to access codes to check in on my own without being delayed to get a good rest and process the check in the next morning once am up. Very grateful.

Overall this apartment is excellent. Close to city center. No shortage of restaurants and bars. The owner was very accommodating. The apartment was clean and is exactly as in the pictures. Highly recommemded!

Good value, fully equiped apartment

Nice apartment, fully equiped. 10 min walking distance to a restaurant area, coffee/bar just below the apartment.

We got no reaction on our request/info about the arrival time and check-in via the booking communication tool. But on-site there was a clearly visible door-bell after which the check-in was organised quickly.

Modern apartment in former socialist block.Very nicely renovated.Good position for visiting city.

Visitors should not be put off by the rather run down appearance of the outside neighbouring area.Lots of families out in the evening not a threatening environment.
