Great Apartment Stay

Clean and spacious apartment. Within walking distance of main attractions of Evora. Small supermarket within 2 mins of accomodation while bigger supermarket was about 10 mins walk. Were able to park car outside accomodation for entire stay. Evora does supply free car parking outside city wall which isn't too far away. A good kitchen with washing machine. Friendly and supportive host

Problem during our stay couldn't enjoy the full amenities as described in the add

The apartment is centrally located , access to the city centre by foot is very close and easy. Air-conditioning worked very well easy to access at arrival even it is on the first by stairs .

We had a very big problem with one of the bathrooms , when taking a shower in one bathroom the water came out in the 2nd bathroom and unbearable smell from the plumbing . We immediately contacted the owner who was very reactive , we said to her that we will be out of the apartment from 10 am till 3 or 4 pm , when back I took a shower and my wife ,who was resting in the bedroom , started to shout at me as smell came from the shower in the room again . I called again the owner who came at once , and said she actually didn't put any acid in the plumbing as her 'repair guy' couldn't come that day and she will put some deodorizer The plumbing was blocked with hair and others ....so we couldn't enjoy the 2 bathrooms and 2toilets as described and 1 of the rooms smelled very badly and had to move our sleeping place . If the owner had poured acid in the plumbing at 10am the problem would have been solved , so i really don't understand why she didn't do that , I am disappointed about the service and the non collaboration of the owner of the place could not enjoy and relax as you should on your holiday and had to squeeze in 1 toilet and 1 shower (we are a family of 4) but still pay the prize of a 2 bathroom with 2 toilet apartment !! I complained to booking.com but the owner didn't want to compensate We had 3 bedrooms , the queen bed was very very hard , the 2nd room is big and ok , the last room had one of the beds being over-used and not to be sleeping in , so my wife and me slept in 2 different rooms as each room had a bad bed No big windows in this apartment so no real light ,don't expect any view ,as there is no There was no bottle of water at arrival, just a few Nespresso capsules ,to make coffee , that's all !

Wonderful two days spent in Evora.

The apartment is well located inside the walls of the old city. The host was very friendly host and the house had excellent facilities.

Charming old house in lovely Evora.

It's a lovely renovated traditional house with spacious bedrooms, quality fittings and furniture, in a great location just inside the old city walls. The host Susana was wonderful, picking us all up from the bus station, providing useful tips on where to eat etc and responding to any queries promptly.

The lounge and kitchen area was internal with no real windows. It wasn't a problem for us as we were out most of the time anyway.

Excellent location and had everything we needed to feel like at home

The property is located in the historical centre of Evora. The host was wery welcoming and interested. Free parking was provided. A bottle of wine, coffee, water, bread, butter were provided. We felt like at home. I highly recommend this property.
