About this apartment rental
This is a relaxing, second floor, seafront flat which is situated in a purpose built block of apartments overlooking Bournemouth Bay. The flat has been furnished to a good standard with a good range of equipment.
BEDROOMS - Twin Bedroom (with single bed and roll out single bed) - Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed (with far reaching views towards St Catherine's Hill). The lounge/diner has a bed settee to sleep 1 or 2 and a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider) - this room has beautiful panoramic SEA VIEWS of Bournemouth Bay - there are also patio doors leading to the spacious balcony with its breath taking SEA VIEWS. The modern, fitted kitchen includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/ FREEZER. There is a modern tiled bathroom which has a bath, shower facility and toilet. This property also has a separate second toilet. The accommodation comes with a garage which is available for parking. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - D. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED.
LOCAL AREA
There are local shops nearby and just opposite is the Zig-Zag path for access to the clean, safe sandy beaches. Known for being a popular seaside resort in the suburb of Bournemouth, Southbourne-On-Sea is situated between well-known Boscombe and Christchurch. Southbourne makes for the perfect stay, which attractions all within walking distance. Southbourne is home to one of the many Blue Flag award-winning beaches, the miles of safe golden sands ensures a perfect family day out at. Just up from the beach, you will find a very popular children’s play park on the cliff top, with the opportunity to stroll along to the many cafes. The main area of Southbourne is Southbourne Grove, which harbours a long shopping street that has a unique mix of individual shops. Here you’ll find local amenities such a post office, bank, pharmacy and chain supermarkets including both Tescos and Sainsburys, for those who wish to cook at home of an evening. Although still a popular resort, Southbourne-On-Sea is an area for tourists keen to escape the busier areas of Bournemouth town centre. Why not catch the land train which runs across to the most eastern part? A train runs across Hengistbury Head from the bus terminus to the beach, where you’ll find a prime spot for some kite flying. The property is also close, by car, to the River Stour and Christchurch town centre with its historical interest. Lovely, simply furnished flat with fantastic views.
Property was clean, simply furnished but with everything you need. Bed linen and towels provided. Was lovely.
