L’hôtel mériterai vraiment un rafraîchissement, les communs ne sont pas propres , le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer , le frigo dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas , le rooftop est sympa avec une belle vue mais lui aussi mériterai une rénovation. . Dommage l’hôtel pourrai être super

A good, clean and reasonably priced hotel

The hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants and buss stations (5-10min). There are no major attractions nearby, but I had no problem getting to the beach, "City of Arts and Sciences" or the city center by bus. The rooms were cleaned daily and I received some amenities, like a toothbrush, soap and others. I had room 505 during my stay and it was clean and nice. Breakfast is served at the first floor, with a nice view of the church in front of the building. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced (€12 per day during my stay). The staff members informed me that I could also order scrambled eggs/omelette, but if they forget to mention this, just ask them. The food, overall, was great, with plenty of options. The staff members were nice, all of them. I kindly asked them to print something for me, they happily did it, so, +1 point for this.

Unfortunately all the reviews about the rooms not being quiet are true. I could hear every word spoken in the rooms nearby. If you're looking for a very quiet room, this is not the hotel you want to book a room at. There is a pretty large gap under the door which doesn't help.

Valenica gerne wieder, aber nicht unbedingt im Sea You Hotel Port Valencia.

Ein entspanntes Hotel.

Das Hotel ist ein 3-Sterne Hotel. Vorher der 4. Stern in der Kategorie kommt, bleibt unklar. Den Sanierungsrückstau kann man nicht nur sehen, sondern auch anfassen. Leider sieht man das auf den nachbearbeiteten Bilder nicht.

It was filthy in the roof area which I took photos of the staff were incompetent I have booked many times with Booking.com and this was the worst so far we had beggars sleeping outside on a double bed which I also took we stayed at the hotel cibles in Gandia with no problem lovely and clean great staff and lovely food I was going to write to you for a refund but thought what the point very disappointed customer

some parts of the room were a little tired such as the ceiling around the heat lamp in the bathroom and the jet pumps in the bathtub but everything worked

would not stay again !! sims if the staff was very helpful and spoke English but other staff not so helpfully just felt

not many of the staff spoke English!!! no room service !! bar closed so early could not get any water again bar reception closed early just told ti eat on beach 🤷‍♀️😞

OK for us but no great for the holiday visitor.

Chosen location for us close to the port. Poor location if you want to visit Valencia centre. The staff are great and very helpful.

it is OK but the drains outside the entrance are awful, very smelly indeed.

Superb

The staff were excellent, helpful,location is good but not the best in the city.I would say good for the money though. Despite the small problems with the room below Carolina was a shining star and was extremely helpful and sympathetic. Plus the cafe in the lobby was very nice.

Our initial room had ripped Blinds, no Air Con and a broken light, having said that the hotel staff were very quick to swap us to another room the following morning, Carolina was extremely helpful and sympathetic.Thank You Carolina. The new room was perfectly ok. Also on a Sunday its Church and the bells are extremely noisy and right opposite the hotel, so if you stay Saturday - Sunday prepare for a morning of constant bell ringing from 3am - 12pm!!!

A renewed hotel that doesn't deserves 4 stars ...very noisy

Near the beach and marina..

Family room with 2 bedrooms, the ones window couldn't open and with a bad ugly view. The other one was ok. The bathroom too small. The noise isolation is terrible...you can hear everything from the other rooms and the corridor..we got awake every time a guest come at 3 o clock, 4 o clock 5 o clock in the morning.. The breakfast was annoying with the same few annoying thing every morning ..

Very good

The location is perfect. Lots of nice restaurants and bars around, walking distance to beach with again a hustle and bustle of cafeterias and cervezerias before reaching the tourist traps at the beach. Of you have a room with view of the square you're in for a treat in the morning and at night. Beautiful. Beds were fine, facilities ok. I wouldn't mind staying here again. Staff, a 10+!

The hotel is not 4 stars at all, not even by Spanish standards. A 3 star, sure, but 4 is reaching. The rooms are dated but clean. They've tried to modernise it by using a fresh coat of paint but that doesn't hide the age of the hotel. Having said that, all this is no issue if you don't intend to spend much time in the room. Breakfast is ridiculous. Plenty of breakfast bars around that offer more (and higher quality) for half the price (literally) than the small buffet.

Valencia stay

Excellent location between beach and City. Access to public transport for the airport. City bike rental out on the street is very handy for navigating the city. Highly recommended.

Superb

The hotel was a very positive surprise for me.The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is not exactly at the beach,more near to the port of Valencia, but the beach itself is 10 minutes by foot to reach (with a bus even faster!) .There are plenty of bus stops, restaurants and coffees nearby. You can reach the main attractions easily with the public transportation. There are a church and a fountain in front of the hotel, which make the experience even more special.The water of the fountain can be heard even on the 7th floor! The rooms are with a normal size, the beds are comfortable, The cleaning service very good too.

The only comment I would like to make is about the WIFI as it should have more strong signal and maybe to play some soft music in the background when having breakfast and add more fresh vegitables to it (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.).
