Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute ein perfekter Aufenthalt!!

Der Aufenthalt im Arkasa Palace war von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute hervorragend, sehr gutes Frühstück, super Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage ist einfach spitze. Auch der herzliche Service könnte nicht besser sein. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Traumhaft schöne Lage

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Abends genossen wir den Sonnenuntergang und unter Tags erkundeten wir die Insel. Am Nachmittag waren wir fast immer alleine am Pool. Die Tavernen sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Im Nachbarort Finiki gibt es tolle Fischrestaurant. Maria ist ein Sonnenschein und um das Wohl der Gäste sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück hatten wir nicht genutzt. Die Leute auf der Insel sind ausgesprochen herzlich. Es war ein traumhaft entspannter Urlaub.

Time to relax

A really nice hotel! Lovely hosts and extremely nice stuff. The rooms are completely new and well designed. The location is next to the center of Arkasa, so you can easily walk there. We really enjoyed our stay and our little Noah as well! Highly recommended!

One of the best places to stay in Karpathos! Excellent Location too!

The place was really nice, clean and had all that you need for your visit at Karpathos. Maria was also very friendly and helped us with all our request. We are definitely coming back!!!

Beautiful stay with beautiful people.

The place was immaculate and wonderfully decorated. Maria and her mother were so inviting and had great food and activity recommendations. Juicy was a gorgeous addition to the staff! The private pool and kitchen facility exceeded our expectations and the breakfast was lovely and so fresh. We already can’t wait to come back. thank you for such an amazing stay!

Arkasa Palace is a fantastic hotel! The beach and also the small town centre with some restaurants are within walking distance. The room and also the whole hotel were always clean. But what makes Arkasa Palace so special is Maria and her whole family! They were always helpful and incredibly friendly. You had the feeling that you were visiting friends.

A great hotel at a very nice location for exploring the island, or just relax.

The apartment was modern, spacious and very clean. We loved the view from the balcony & the beach in walking distance! Arkasa is also a good starting point to explore Karpathos - and in the small city enough restaurants can be found so one does not need to drive away every night! Maria is the best host ever and organized a lot for us! She booked us a great private tour around the island & organized a rental car that waited for us the next day. Her travel & beach recommendations made our stay a thousand times better!

The breakfast does not change a lot - but the options that are served are tasty.

Excellent!

Everyone at the hotel was super nice! The manager Maria was delightful and helped us organise anything we wanted (massage, rent a car, dinner, taxi,...). The rooms were just like on the photos and very spacious. I have problems sleeping, but I had the best sleep every night! The pool is great for a swim if you don't feel like going to the beach that day. The location is a perfect point to explore other beaches. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples (any age)!

Exceptional

The owners and staff were always very helpful, available and polite! They assisted us with car rental and made it very easy! Amazing view and sunset from the pool area and bar! Juicy is the real star though! We really enjoy our one week stay, we definitely recommend it!

The property is in a nice location, it is very nice with nice views and rooms are very good.

I couldn’t use wifi because I forgot to ask code and wasn’t informed and it wasn’t available in room. After I came back reception was closed and so I couldn’t use it. Clients should be informed about codes when checking in and/or it should be available in room, particularly because data doesn’t work well in the area.

Amazing hotel for proper relaxation

Really nice and large rooms (recommend to get one with private pool area, so you have your personal relax space), nice hosts, delicious breakfast

Room service was not always perfect (e.g. sometimes refill of toilet paper hasn't worked always well but that's a tiny detail).

We enjoyed holidays and Palace villas because it was clean and nicely decorated and very peaceful.

The breakfast is ok (farm from premium), but it take way too much time to be served. One hour is minimum, and one constantly need to remind the staff that you are still waiting for milk as just coffee arrives etc. A a customer, you have a feeling that they want to lower the costs (really basic bread and industrial jam and sugar full juice show that clearly), which is a pitty.

The property is so nicely equipped, that it is really strange that you have a feeling that you eat a breakfast in the middle of a parking place- they should install fence between tables and cars and it would be much nicer.

The breakfast was excellent! The hotel is centrally located. The beaches on Karpathos are all hidden gems. The family that runs Arkasa Palace is very kind. We really intend to return to Arkasa Palace!
