Nice studio. The queen size bed a bit narrow. Comfortable enough, quite near to the center and the railway station. No fuss. Breakfast can be had at 15 € which we didn't do. Some people of the staff were exceptionally kind.
Kitchen and bathroom are getting quite old. But it worked. Nothing to really complain about.

Read this before you book – you’ll thank me for it…
The residence was easy to find and wasn’t far from the city centre, but was situated a stone’s throw from an extremely busy railway line and sidings. Checking-in was straightforward and the guy on Reception made a real effort to communicate in English. We paid for the room and for private underground parking @ 9 euros a night and we were pleasantly surprised to find how easy the access was to the car park. A word of caution though – we were in a long wheelbase Mercedes and we grounded on the ramp – could have been nasty if we had got more weight in the car.
The car park had direct access to Reception and there were lifts to all floors. So far so good

Location really close to train station. We just went as cheap and cheerful very quick visit. Just overnight then gone. on a bike tour

Good value for money, and well located
Difficulties entering the premises after returning the key, while our car was still parked in the garage.

It had secure parking as we have classic cars.
all four rooms backed onto a railway line which had freight trains running through the night which woke us up frequently. The rooms were so hot we had to open the windows. Consequently we had virtually no sleep all night. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody if the rooms back onto the railway line.

I didn't like the WiFi range in my room.

Location good
Not clean & we were lent a fan as it was a very hot night, the fan was full of dust. Also the room was only prepared for one person, one person, With only on set of towels & Coffee/Tea for only one, we booked as a couple. :-(

kitchen facilities
too hot and no way of cooling. noisy near railway line

Location, easy check in, parking available (extra 8€)
Noise of train tracks, 2 little beds instead of 1 large bed (was expected from the description of the room)

It was clean. It was cheap.
Not enough towels. Very small bathroom. All in all basic.

Quieter than I expected after reading previous reviews, secure and fairly large garage, good location. Breakfast good enough according to the French standard, but average compared with other standards.
The access procedure (arrival outside of the regular reception program) did not work in my case. I received quite contradictory explanations, so it is not clear what I should have done to avoid waiting almost 3 hours for accommodation. The receptionist from Reims (the sister location who supposed to provide support in such situations, according to the displayed instructions), was completely unprepared or unwilling to resolve my issue.

Close to the city centre. Easy to get to and from the hotel.
Roads are excellent for leaving the city the next morning on the motorcycle.
Our room was at the rear of the building close to the train station. If your a light sleeper you wont get much sleep as the trains run late into the evening. Early morning you then have the train announcement giving times of arrival and departure of trains.
Check in for us was slightly messed up as via Booking.com Metz Lorraine had give the wrong door code and safe code.
We had to wait near an hour for someone to arrive to sort it out.
