Could not get hot water for a few days . 🤯
Too many steps to reach room on top floor😥. Average breakfast mix .
Hotel on lock down at 11 pm 🥺
Elevator, fix my complains - lack of hot water on top floors .

the team was very friendly, always wanted to help.
The hotel is very nice and cosy. the room was clean and spacey enough. We needed another chair and the workers brought it to the room. The atmosphere at the hotel was very relaxing, beautiful views all around. The history of the place is quite interesting.
The hotel doesn't have an elevator. To get to the reception flour you need to go at least 40 stairs and then more stairs to your flour. We were on the 3rd flour and it was really hard for us to clime.
They did offer us help to get our suitcases up and down. They didn't ask for tip or anything, but you definitely would want to add some money for tips.
The breakfast was good, but not as abundant as at the most hotels in Israel.
We were very surprised to see different price for each day we stayed. the difference was up to $60 We still don't quite figure it out....

Hotel was clean with a beautiful view from the top of the mountain. Staff was very supportive.
It is not easily accessible for elderly people, because there is no elevator and it has a lot of stairs.

THE FRIENDLY WELCOME AND THE ATHMOSPHERE OF THE WHOLE PLACE.
NO POSSIBILITY TO EAT DINNER

Liked the location. Much available parking on the street if the lot was full. Beautiful property. Very safe and affleunt neighborhood.
Sliding window not secure (though it was only accessible from the second floor) and it seems to be a very safe neighborhood. Doors have keys with bulky key ring, not cards.

The location of the hotel was ideal, near the center of Zichron Ya'akov, and free parking was available. We asked for adjacent rooms for our family and received them. The Israeli breakfast was delicious, and there is a beautiful view overlooking the Mediterranean Sea from the dining room. Best of all, the bartender offered to make me a latte ("caffe hafuch" in Israel) and it was the best I had during my trip - I even had a second. Everyone was helpful.
There is a staircase leading up to the hotel from the parking area, which was fine for our family but might be challenging for guests with limited mobility.

Sixth times we were there. Always very clean, the staff are very kind, the room is excellent. After covid the breakfast again was amazing. Highly recommended. Best place in Zichron, probably in Israel also.

This family run business gives the personal touch and complete attention to all your needs and t he ongoing effort to improve the experience of your stay
tiny things-
the non smoking policy on the terrace was not consistently enforced
the bar closes already at 21:30
the emergency numbers are published on the outside door, but not in the room
no coffee from the coffee machine on shabat/holiday -- do we have to be soooo strict on kashrut?
the jacuzzi is GREAT and available at ALL time, which is amazing, but at some point had a surplus of chlorine in it, causing eye irritation and respiration trouble

Location is good.
Has a nice view from the building.
The staff is friendly.
The rooms are clean and tidy.
1. There was a very bad noise from outside of the building probably because of central air conditioning. I have hardly slept at the first night. This was on the first floor. When I moved to fourth floor, the noise was gone and it was very comfortable.
2. The hotel does not accept reservation changes. This was already known. But when my client cancelled the meeting two days after, it turned out to be totally useless to stay at this place one more night. But they have rejected to drop my second night. They are consistent with what they commit. But it doesn't help with the flexibility of business environment.

Great view from the terrace, great hotel location, very friendly and flexible staff.
Few options for breakfast. Minor renovation required in the room, but everythin was functional.
