Superb

Very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic view from the room, beautiful surrounding, great breakfast, very good pickup/transfer service. The litttle beach of the hotel was never too crowded, very relaxing.

Just 2 highlights: Lack of an iron in the room and refusal to provide one apparently for security reasons. They provide an ironing service for a fee. The mini fridge is really mini. But in general we had a great stay.

Not recomanded at all

Position is excelent and staff though not expirianced friendly

Late check in 15:00 . Towels for beach not available before Room is Made “ in the morning” ussualy 14:00 in the afternoon . Following day they woke us at 8:30 to make Room. In lobi war in Croatia from 91-95 was called Civil War. They should know better. We stayed one day less as completly disapointed. On check out they want to chage us for sxcursion on day of arrival that we never Had or requested. Magement wasnt present or interested at all to deal with issues.

Free Water and coffe machine+caps should be introduced in every room also in case of this hotel.

Beautiful location. Safe, family friendly. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Nice hotel and location but I am not sure that it is worth pice.

Not overcrowded. Nice personal. Perfect location. Big rooms with comfortable beds.

Nice personal but not all English speaking. Last day we found worms in the cereal. Alive worms. When we checked out we’ve been charged 80 euro for “I don’t know for” and the lady in the reception just removed the amount after that she couldn’t find the reason neither.

Fantastic hotel with spectacular views

Fantastic hotel overlooking the bay . High class facilities including spa and treatments. The staff were so professional and personal . Really.nice restaurant and menu. . Pools with gorgeous views.

Beautiful Island and the Hotel is in a fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful staff. With a special mention to Boyan (from Macedonia) in the restaurant, great guy who gave us tips of where to go on the island. Very nice private beach with crystal clear water for swimming. I highly recommend a stay

Be clear in what you expect of your room since you paid top dollar for a high quality hotel.

The staff working at the hotel, restaurants and Spa were excellent. Each of them did a wonderful job making our stay as lovely as possible. We appreciated how kind the staff was and enjoyed talking with them.

We were disappointed in the hotel quality once the room started to malfunction. We had several problems with the room from the 1st day and when discussed with the front desk they reported the hotel changed key card systems and were having issues but they didn't offer a solution. Change is difficult and it can be destructive to work out issues with new systems. However, a paying customer to a quality hotel shouldn't have to be the guinea pig. Please consider offering up a different room right away instead of passing off the problem to a new system and then making your customer suffer for a few days. That’s not the customers problem, they are there to enjoy your wonderful accommodation and lovely staff.

Mixed bag

Great location, good facilities, very nice beach, helpful and gracious staff, and a travel agent on-site who can arrange activities, rentals, and transportation.

Poor quality/selection of food (both breakfast buffet and the à la carte in La Baja restaurant). Room was very warm and we had to request hotel facility multiple times to turn down the cooling temperature

Views were exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beach bar food was excellent and surprisingly good value for money given the location (especially kids food menu). Perfect shingle beach as part of the hotel which was great for snorkelling.

Some parts of room a little worn eg grouting round showers, sealant around shower getting stained, some stains to toilet seats (they were cleaned but stained from age so could do with replacing).

Nice resort on beautiful island!

Location is amazing - island of Lopud well worth a visit! Rooms clean and good size. They were kind to give a free room upgrade which was very generous! Hotel beach is beautiful.

Some places felt a little unfinished- room was very clinical- clean but lacked warmth/style. However when an issue was raised, staff were quick to fix. No phone in the room. Had to ask for shower gels to be topped up. Would no recommend half board- the breakfast is fine, but dinner is really poor. No atmosphere and poor food in Scarlett. Amazing food in town so recommend just eating out.

A lovely hotel on the beautiful island of Lopud

The island the hotel was situated on was stunning. The hotel was less than a five minute walk to the islands restaurants and shops. The private beach was stunning.

The wifi was poor at times.

unforgettable location would love to return.

the location, the views, the beach the relaxed vibe. Bojan kindly got Wimbledon put on in the downstairs bar using a projector for me.

the aircon wasn’t the best room was too hot at night. also the wifi you had to re connect to it every time you moved floors in the hotel. also we were kept waiting a bit too long downstairs when we arrived. we’d been kayaking so we’re desperate to have showers!
