Staff was polite, WiFi works but not enough to do wifi calling, as no mobile signal, house keeper was polite and helpful and I'm grateful to them.
I'm sorry to say it was a very bad stay imo and very expensive for what was there.
Even with a tiny fridge and microwave in the tiny room, there are no shops for miles. Just nice fields about. It really is the middle of no where.
The hotel was a long way from the town, no buses, taxis charge double to go there, i walked there and the roads are extremely dangerous, i do not advise walking there at all.
There was no mobile signal in the area on Three/Smarty.
The room was not very clean, or well maintained, the blankets bedding itself was not clean & smelled, and I'm quite sure more than not, that it's not been washed in ages and it's reused for the next guests, only the white sheets between the old blankets and pillow cases are clean, there was mold and damp on the walls, and the smell was very strong and painfull. It was very noisy from other rooms and heavy traffic on the country roads, they speed very fast. There was several other faults in the "out buildings" rooms. Too many to list. Painful expensive stay.

Bit dated, very isolated you will need a car for any food.

untidy and uncleaned, cobwebs in many corners, crumbs on the floor, dated bathroom. Had to ask for the heating to be turned on as room was cold, no wifi. stated deluxe…. Nothing deluxe about the room.

Saw the cows in front of yard as i was not expecting to see the numbers of cows as they re so sweet. It was surprise me and very good car park space and I was disappointed that there were no cows in the morning as I miss them as it was real nature and I need to see like that during my stay I would like to stay at the same place again in the future.
In the bathroom there is no blind i would like to ask the owner to put the blind as i felt that is expose of my privacy please put the blind up in the bathroom please thank you

Check-in went smoothly.
The heating was turned off. The owner explained to me that it was too expensive so they kept it off most of the time. Bear in mind this was winter and I was freezing in that room.

Location perfect for attending wedding at Inglestre. Touch sensitive lamp was classy. Staff and their Labrador Toby were friendly.
Maybe bring earbuds as main road is only a couple of metres from your room.

The motel is on a working farm and the rooms are in one of the out buildings, there was parking and some seats outside if we wanted to use them, the host was very welcoming and showed us round the rooms, we have a fridge, microwave, tv and a folder with lots of useful information. Breakfast was available as a continental basket, which includes pastries and cereal and water and juice too, all of this for £4 was great value for money.

Quiet but easily accessible location.
The heating wasn’t working on the night we stayed. This was fixed the following morning, but we had a very cold night as a result (it was January!). The owners had given us an electric heater which took the chill off slightly, but no heat or hot water that night wasn’t great. We did get a small discount as a result which was appreciated.

The owners were amazing when we were running late past check in time and waited for us even though it was late and stuck around to make sure we were all settled. They also provided a value for money breakfast basket as there wasn't anywhere locally to get food and we were setting off early.
Location was good as it was near the motorway and was conveniently located for a long journey up north.
It was very cold in flat both on arrival and in the morning and whilst there were some extra blankets on the floor of a small cubby room with the hoover etc, they didn't look like the type to be washed as too big (thick woolly blankets). Would have preferred duvets and covers from a warmth and hygiene perspective.
And the only other thing was the electrics - there was only one electrical point in the main living/bedroom space which had extensions plugged in with further extensions plugged into those which is a safety hazard.

Lovely presented rooms. Staff were incredibly sweet. Accomodating to late arrivers. Ensuite rooms ideal. Accommodates groups. Perfect for a night or so away. We used it for a place to stay after Alton Towers.
