It is a charming pink hotel like out of a picture book.

Plenty of parking in a roomy parking area. We had to find it ourselves however since no one told us it was there. Very pretty garden and terrace downstairs. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the garden.

Difficult to find and a little off the beaten path. We were just passing through, so it didn't matter that it was not really walkable.

Classic Seaside Holiday Hotel

Great small classic Holiday Hotel. Fine continental type breakfast. Very pleasant staff, good parking.

Perfect luxurious comfort at a bargain price, and great restaurant too.

Superb and luxurious comfort in a clean and well appointed hotel. A welcome night of sprawling rest after a day's travel and a single-bed the night before. In mid October San Menaio is largely closed but Villa Maria, a stately pink mansion tucked away quietly in its luscious green garden surrounded by pines, keeps going to November. It is just 5 minutes walk to a sensational sandy beach, with a crossing over the inevitable railway line right below, so no need to detour for miles as can happen. The beach was empty apart from one fisherman and handful of walkers, and I had a blissful 4pm swim in 24 degree sunshine. Villa Maria also has a VERY good restaurant (the squid was superb, as were the maccheroncini) which rightly attracted many non-residents. Spacious car park, which is a small but appreciable asset, when one is in a big car in Italy. All at a bargain price, which may have been because I was out of season but was the best value in all of Italy so far. And i had breakfast with a fox. A great discovery and highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were super nice, even making us breakfast specially at 6:00am as we had to leave early.

Very good

Squeaky clean room with a nice rain shower and handheld shower. Super convenient location in a laidback, somewhat retro-feeling, beach community. Just a few minutes walk to the sea. At the beach we really enjoyed a restaurant named Moro's: great view, tasty food, excellent musicians, and a tiramisu to die for. :-)

We stayed in the Annex across the street, which is not as charming as the main building, but it is modern and comfortable. The hotel staff did not speak much English.

Very nice Hotel with great garden and nice view of the sea. Room are nice and comfortable I suggest the room with balcony to fully enjoy the view.

nice place with large parking area and fine restaurant. very quiet to sleep and completely renovated room with enormous balcony. super owner and staff. a great place to stay!

Davide, their jack-of-all-trades, made our stay very enjoyable. He was accommodating, gracious, and helpful. The hotel is lovely, and the gardens and sea view are fabulous.

A beautiful sea view villa hotel in a quiet location

Park Hotel Villa Maria is in a quiet street off the main San Menaio drag with pretty gardens and a sea view. The staff were there when we needed them and gave us space when we didn’t and they were very accommodating about our dog. The room was comfortable and we had a little balcony.

We were staying at the end of the season and there were only 3 other guests. We asked to change to a room with a terrace but we were refused, even though they were empty. The shower cubicle was small but otherwise everything else was excellent.
