The room and hotel in general and really nice staff
- The view from the bedroom (a factory)
- you can’t sleep with the window open at night otherwise you’ll here the noise from the factory

Stylish hotel in a great location. Easy to find and park. Friendly helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. And very pet friendly 🐾
We arrived in a heat wave so aircon would have been beneficial - however, we imagine that it is not usually quite that hot, and there was a fan.
Unfortunately there wasn’t a fridge in the room, however the lovely staff were very happy for us to use their fridge and freeze our ice blocks so all was well.

The hotel is pretty well situated towards one end of Verbania's lake front (not on the lake) in a semi-residential area and close to the town centre. It's got great parking in the charming (small) garden area, a lovely reception area with quirky decor and well appointed rooms. Best part of the hotel are the staff - such delightful people, who really went the extra mile and sorted out a problem of our own making with no fuss! We'd certainly return! We also loved the hotel's sister restaurant just 5 minutes' walk away where we had two very good meals, with excellent service.
The bathrooms let the bedrooms down slightly - not a huge problem, they are beautifully clean and have everything you want but the showers themselves are not brilliant. It didn't spoil our holiday though. Also, if available, book a room overlooking the garden otherwise you look into the chocolate factory at the back. Again, not a deal breaker! We loved Casa Camilla...

Casa Camilla exceeded our expectations from the beginning on. Beautiful design, a lovely room, great breakfast and amazing staff!
The breakfast is getting served and even though a buffet would offer more choice, you get what you need and this is more than enough.
The small team was very nice and I would like to mention Monica and Ivan who made our stay unforgettable. Grazie per la splendida vacanza!
The bathroom window is a bit old and does not close completely

A really beautiful place and in an excellent location, really close to the lake promenade and all the restaurants and bars in the area. Clean rooms and the breakfast was tasty and rich. The best part is the staff, kind and helpful in everything. Ivan was really nice, he helped us solve a problem with the car and connected us to the right place

An old family villa turned into a small hotel
A friendly staff, quiet rooms and location, close to the lake and also to the downtown. Parking at the property and a nice breakfast.

Very well located, nice and cozy, rich breakfast and super friendly personnel. Closed to many dinner options and shops. Offers a private parking but free options are just around the corner.

Breakfast was excellent, and the service both helpful and friendly.
The location was ideal, not far from the lake and local facilities. The staff were most helpful in providing directions and advice.
My stay could not have been better.
There was nothing that I didn't like.

the staff, breakfast and plenty of (free) on-street parking
the bathroom was, I guess, a work in progress

Newly renovated and vintage style, nice location and we had a room with exceptional view, the breakfast was custom made, fresh and excellent quality, served by the owners/managers of the location, which they could speak five languages.
The bathrooms (especially the showers) might need renovations to match the rooms, but I am talking more about style, no complaints about their functionality.

Everything except the poor flexibility for check in as this is only possible till 6 pm. For those arriving later there are no options.

The villa is absolutely beautiful, with an interior designed with a lot of attention to detail. The rooms are impeccably clean and well designed. The hotel is within walking distance of the curly center of Pallanza with a variety of shops, restaurants and sights.
The best thing about the place is the staff who are all absolutely lovely and attentive. We also loved the breakfast served in the garden.

Lovely place, really comfortable, good staff.
The rooms are not well soundproofed so you could hear everything in the corridor and other rooms. The coffee wasn’t good for Italy.
