Hosting one king size double and three double bedrooms, along with one family bathrooms, this property can sleep up to eight people. Inside you will also find a wet room, kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room, as well as a sitting room. Resting in a wonderful area and close to the beach, Wavecrest is a lovingly cottage in an impressive part of Wales.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 50" Smart TV, DVD player, unlimited WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking outside property on first come, first served basis. Private front patio garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: the property has had exterior renovations and upgraded interior. Logburner is for decorative purposes only. Note: There is no access from the rear of the property. One Small well behaved dog welcome. Note: There are no laundry facilities on site - There is a state-of-the-art launderette around the corner from the property. Please note: there is a private, non-communal garden at the front which is gated and is safe for children. Note: No stag/hen/party group bookings. Please note there is a £50 supplement for 1 well behaved small breed dog.
