I get off frkm the oil field and need quiet and plenty kf sleep. I got it with thia condo, yes its smal dab in the middle of it however i was never woken up by the outside or people in the hallway. The key fob is the way to go for entering the building!

This property has one of the best hosts that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with by far! Having Ms Barbara as a host was worth the price alone. WHEN I book again, it'll be mostly because of her. It's very refreshing to have someone who cares so much about customer service. The property is really nice and clean. The pictures are all accurate. The neighborhood is safe, right in the middle of everything. All of our activities in the Superdome and Convention Center were equally far apart. My best friend who lives in New Orleans raved about how perfect of a spot this property is. Trust me, you won't go wrong choosing this place to stay in New Orleans

Very clean! Walking distance to everything! TONS of restaurants nearby! Plenty of pay parking lots ($35/night).

Stayed here for conferences at the Sheraton on Canal St. and the New Orleans Convention Center on Convention Center Blvd. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet and a good value for the price. It was an easy 5-10 minute walk to the Sheraton and 20 minute walk to the Convention Center. We were able to walk to all the restaurants our group met up at. Would stay here again.

The comic themed historic condo was just how it looks in the pictures. It was comfortable and sparkling clean. The condo is located 2 bolcks from Canal street and streetcars, other public transport and near stop 6 of the Hop on Hop off bus tour. We did the Hop on Hop off tour and rode the streetcars, but mostly we walked. The condo location was perfect for walking to the sights and sounds of New Orleans. The location of the condo was quiet for rest and relaxation after along day , or night of sightseeing and enjoying the local food and drinks. Barbara was very helpful with tips and recommendations for restaurants and places to go. We had a wonderful time.

We had an awesome stay. The perfect location... 5 minute walk to French Quarter. Barbara (host) was exceptional. As first timers to NO & Mardi Gras, she was a very helpful guide & resource, very attentive to communications the entire stay and especially when we first arrived...we had a small hiccup getting access to the suite that Barbara resolved within minutes. Highly recommend.

From booking to checkout, the host was amazing. They provided excellent recommendations throughout and were ultra responsive. The property is beautiful and perfectly located. You are a couple of blocks from the French quarter, allowing you to enjoy all it has to offer without the 24 hour party outside your door. Walking distance to hundreds of restaurants and bars. I can’t wait to stay here again!

This condo was perfect my husband and me. Great location. We were able to save $ not needing a rental car. We were able to walk to all attractions and the grocery store.
The inside was immaculate, the bed is very comfortable. We had everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental especially if you're a Peanuts fan.

Perfect location. Easy access to French Quarter. Quite and perfectly safe location. Walked to so many great places. This is my new go-to NOLA stay.

Nice neighborhood. Super close to everything. Hosts were as nice and helpful as they possibly could be. Nothing weird and the apartment was great. Balcony overlooks an alley but that was actually kind of nice because it was quiet.

Perfect location, well appointed nice quiet and comfortable.
8.0 / 10.0
Location was great for our trip, with good access to uptown and downtown streetcar lines. Very walkable, which was perfect as we did not rent a car. Good restaurants nearby, too. City Park was a highlight - lots to do and see there with a stunning sculpture garden. Be aware that you are in the city, and reminders of social inequities abound, but we did not experience any problems. For the most part, everyone we encountered was friendly and gracious.
8.0 / 10.0
Great location - close to the French Quarter without the noise! Easy access to streetcar and bus stops. However, we found that most everything we visited was within a 15-20 minute walk. Super clean and cute condo! Only negatives were weak and unreliable wifi and a pocket door that didn't close properly between the bedroom and bathroom. The wifi was a significant issue due to our need to work remotely during the stay.
10.0 / 10.0
The large room ceiling fans small balcony and everything was wonderful. The only possible drawback was the closeness to the elevator, so we close the bedroom door at night so we didn't hear people coming in and out, but otherwise the place was perfect for us. Highly recommended!

We met very beautiful talented young ladies and men with a gift for music! We enjoyed them. We took a few boat tours, very enjoyable. We saw elaborate raised grave crypts. We met pirates and they gave us the history of pirates and pirates are good! A ghost tour told us that there was a lady ghost in a formal teal dress at a table in a restaurant I looked. I didn’t see her, others claimed they saw her. The food in your city would make us gain weight!
The condo was clean. Well appointed. Comfortable and well located. One of the ghost stories is affiliated with the Picayune.

It was clean and well maintained. The only downside was there were no windows in the bedroom.

The location was really good super close to everything. The space is bigger than it looks, loved the feel. Would definitely stay again.

My entire stay was great! Easy process to check-in and out. Communication with the property manager was awesome-from the time I booked until the end of my stay. Location was close to Mardi Gras parade routes and the French Quarter, but a quiet relaxing place to return to after all the Mardi Gras fun. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the comic condo. There was a lovely coffee shop around the corner called the Fourth Wall and lots of delicious eating options within walking distance. The condo itself is an adorable modern with a historic feel.
10.0 / 10.0
For me this was perfectly located. About a 10 minute walk to heart of French quarter or to the river walk. 5 minute walk to mothers. And about 15 mins to WW2 museum and also daisie maes fried chicken.
The only thing you have to be aware of is that the garbage collection happens in the back alley and can be loud. So don’t get scared when you hear the trucks.
bed was comfortable. Heat and AC worked great.
4.0 / 10.0
Probably 50 communications. Absolutely exhausting. Way too much data mining. After extensive responses to verify our identification we were finally deemed acceptable. We left a day early as neighbor unit tenants were making an unacceptable amount of noise.

Perfect for the two of us - good location!! Very nice condo - easy to work with…
10.0 / 10.0
We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The condo looked like they had just finished remodeling. The place was super clean and the amenities were very nice. The manager/owner was extremely accommodating and even helped with a couple of items outside of the scope of the rental (thank you!). The location was extremely convenient - just a short walk to the French Quarter, the convention center or a short trolly ride to the Garden District. A small - but important item - the towels were so nice that my wife took a picture of the tag so that we can buy some. Five stars!

We live in Baton Rouge and have visited NOLA a million times, but have never stayed in such a perfect place. Location, condo, cleanliness were all second to none. Was centrally located and perfect for SuperDome events. Will definitely try to stay here on all future visits.
10.0 / 10.0
Excellent property close to just about everything but just far enough from the hustle. Super clean. Excellent friendly staff! I would definitely stay here again! Only knock would be the bed. In typical rental fashion it's very soft and sort of broken down. It's not terrible it just would compliment how wonderful the property is. You can't go wrong staying here
10.0 / 10.0
Could go on forever on how spot on and perfect this condo was. From beginning to ending I couldn't be happier with our experience and will hands down recommend this unit to anyone thinking about a trip to NOLA. Barbara was really helpful and would recommend a raise. Everything is truly within walking distance to wherever you want to venture. Would highly recommend reserving parking in advance which was also really convenient given it was right across the street. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The property was very clean and in a great location. A 15 minute walk to all of the tourist areas. The property was equipped with a starter package of everything needed to start your vacation. I would definitely stay here again if u come back to NOLA.

Incredible stay!
My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing stay at your property. As someone who used to live in NOLA, I truly found this to be the ideal place to stay between being in an awesome location, such an easy check in and check out process, the apartment being so clean, spacious, and cool, and the ease of using lock code system to get into the apartment without having to carry around a key (which is a very underrated luxury). Would definitely stay here again!

Loved it
We were in town for Jazz Fest. The proximity of the property to The Sheraton, where we caught the shuttle to Jazz Fest was great. The condo itself was clean and everything worked great. Absolutely loved everything about the condo except for the bed which was very soft ... Soft to the extent that we had trouble sleeping and woke up sore every day. Such a bummer because everything else was perfect about the condo itself and the location.
