The room was clean.
No WiFi, no air conditioner, mosquitos and a lot of noise from the elevator and barking from the neighbors dog.

The room was clean and location is great
It was boiling hot, no conditioner and the room kept the heat. The fan in the room didn’t help at all, it was a terrible night.

Your location was number one, I enjoyed a big balcony and the opportunity to leave my luggage at the reception after I had checked out.
I am not complaining about anything

It is a lovely place with a very special character of Livorno, mostly for solo or couples who could understand the unique city style of this particular area. The room was fantastically clean & well-kept during the whole stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The street was hidden in the central part but it was easy to find and very comfortable to take a short walk towards to the seafront just enjoying! The location was fine for reaching a variety of interesting places. It was also about 20 min walk from the Main railway station and roundabout 10 min for reaching the heart of Livorno, named as Piazza Cavalotti, where you can find very special Italian food and clothing markets where You can meet real locals and observe their lives and maybe buy an amazing fresh fish, ecologically drown vegetables or the freshest Italian bakery and many other things such as clothes, shoes, etc..
I am pleased with everything what I got

Warm room and location quite good
Cheap towels, soap and shampoo, better bring your own, staff doesn't speak English, WiFi not always working

The location was perfect, especially the bus stop which was really close. The apartment was clean.
Rude stuff, unable to communicate even with the translator (the lady did not want to use it). No air conditioning. There was only one working socket so we had to decide between the fan or being able to charge our phones (at night the temperature reached almost 30 degrees). The toilet inside of the shower was disgusting. There was no wifi as well. The elevator worked as it was about to
