Bella stanza con giardino vicino alla spiaggia

posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di sabbia, pulizia, attenzione da parte della proprietaria, uso del giardino di fronte alla stanza

se proprio proprio devo trovare un difetto, poco spazio ai lati del letto

An excellent set of rooms in a quiet location. Great air con!

An excellent location at the quieter end of town. Easy to get to the beach and two supermarkets in easy walking distance. Very clean, and excellent air con. Comfortable beds. The owner was friendly and made some small gifts of food, which was a lovely touch. A nice garden outside to sit in and ample private parking.

It felt a little under-equipped. There was a bread board, for example, but no bread knife. For two people there were two mugs, two glasses, two knives, two forks, two spoons. I know that's all you need, theoretically and in practice, but it would have been nice to have a few more of each so we didn't have to wash them immediately after each use.

A wonderful relaxing holiday.

it is a lovely property set in a stunning garden and olive grove. it is opposite the beach and close to the shops and the owner is charming and could not do enough for us. A lovely lady.

The barroom was a little cramped for us.

Highly recommend staying here. The host, Maria is wonderful, helpful and keeps everything sparkling clean.

The location, the room and the garden are lovely. Kampos rooms is very close to the nicest beach in Paleochora.

Very good value, beautiful place with many personal touches right next to the beach.

This is a beautiful little place, very good value, lovely garden that would be wonderfully shady to sit in in summer. Bathroom is fantastic with very strong shower. Host is friendly and helpful. Decorated with love care and personal touches.

It was a little small and there were very limited cooking facilities and as we were quite short of money then this was a bit of an issue for us, but it would not be if you were eating out all the time as there were tea and coffee facilities etc.

Nice place but tiny room.

Good value and amazing location in a relatively quiet spot and less than a minute walk to the beautiful beach.

Our room was very small and only appears in one of the photos. Outside space was tiny too. The other rooms were probably all bigger. We faced the back which was away from the road but meant our view was not nice at all.

Very nice place close to the beach

The location was excellent. 5 minute walk to the beach and to close to a lot of restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We even had a rack to leave our clothes to dry, which was very handy. The room was spacious and quiet. Our travel plans changed so we had to modify our reservation last minute which Maria understood and kindly helped us with. She also let us leave our suitcases on the day we left for us to go to the beach one last time. Last but not least the garden is beautiful and the cats are very nice. I totally recommend staying here.

Our third stay. Location. The rooms are well kitted out and clean and modern. Value for money good quality accommodation. The garden is gorgeous and Maria is friendly, professional and helpful.

Very relaxing

The room isn't big but there are plenty of areas to store your things. The host has stocked the room with everything you might need for your stay including a plug to convert 3pin to 2pin.

The most perfect stay at Kampos Rooms!

Maria was so helpful and kind! If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing, exceptionally clean and amazing value for money stay then this is your place! The garden area is gorgeous and it is a 2 minute walk to the beach!

Paleochora is a great little town and this place was our perfect base to explore it from

The room was comfortable and in a good location. There is parking and all other facilities needed for our stay we're available on site. The owner is also helpful and flexible with our needs.

The only small issue was that we received a twin bed because there was a problem with the double bed rooms. We specifically asked for one and were told it was fine. It wouldn't have been a problem (the beds are very comfy), but we would have liked changes communicated when they happened and not when in the room looking surprised :)

Great location and value in Paleochora

This was our second stay and although we would have preferred a room at the back,everything was great. Very clean,lovely gardens,ample off street parking,great location and a wonderful friendly family to stay with. Thanks again,Maria.
