Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood right on the Gulf. We loved the cushioned lounge chairs on the wooden deck so we didn't have to walk in the sand if we didn't want to. The pool is excellent. The beach is beautiful, and the room was cozy. The beds were great. Loved having a kitchenette in the room for quick snacks or meals. The staff was clear on everything we needed to know about the property. We'll definitely go back for another stay.
It's an older motel - which is fine with me. This is not so much a negative as a "be aware". There was a small thing that needed fixing. We mentioned it to the staff they were on top of it.

Very nice staff and they were very accommodating since we drove through the night they allowed us to check in early at 10:00 a.m. instead of waiting till 4:00 p.m. so we could rest!
No complaints

Location, price and facilities were very good
Parking was very limited.

Huge comfortable room with an ocean view. This was just steps from the beach. Lots of seating available outside to help with relaxation.
They need a broom in the room so guests can sweep up the sand brought in by our feet.

The location is superb! This is (I believe) the only hotel/motel in the beautiful Belleair Beach, three miles from busy Clearwater, but in the tranquility of the exclusive and private Belleair Beach. We had an excellent stay! The staff is very friendly. The BBQ area is very well provided with all the basics available, and super nice tiki tables. There are beach toys for the kids also available in both beach and pool area. There is a shower right before entering the beach area. I also loved that the tiles in the patio do not get hot, so you can walk barefoot without burning your feet, Thank you!!! Great experience overall!
Nothing really. There is limited parking, but that's understandable as this place is in the middle of a residential area, thus limiting the space. The parking is well organized, if you bring more than one car you can park in nearby (>1 mile away) public parking. Also, during Summer it is so hot outside that the AC and the ceiling fan are not enough to cool the room, and if you cook inside or turn the oven, it makes things worst. We were hot at points but nothing unbearable or that makes you uncomfortable. I might bring a fan next time if we come during the Summer.

the only thing alright about our stay was the location & the front desk ladies are nice.
they have a HUGE issue with key cards & people getting locked out. I read other reviews, and other people have had the same issue we did. we got locked out of our room because all of our key cards just stopped working many times. no one informed us of this issue. we got locked out at night, and the person who let us in was rude and argumentative. Then, he realized not one of any of our key cards work, and they made us a actually hard key but it didnât even matter at that point because we left that morning. they claim they will be there in â20â but it took them almost 40 minutes when they had to let us in and we had to just sit outside in the dark. i have never in my life had issues like this with key cards like this. So obviously depending on what room you rent, you might just be locked out at any time.
the room was disgusting, and smelt like mold. we even saw mold around the room. my boyfriend is highly allergic to mold, and had major allergy issues through our stay.
no guests allowed. we only got to use the pool once bc there is a limit on how many people can swim at once so if a big family is in the pool, youâre screwed.
is a basic nasty overpriced motel on a nice beach. would NOT call this place a âresortâ

very clean and convenient!
bedâ-too soft

Simple, low-key building layout. Room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was useful for our family of four with two small kids. Easy access to the beach. Loved the tiki covered tables, which we used all three days for lunch. Pool was adequate and kept our kids happy at the end of each beach day. We really enjoyed our stay!
Minor nitpick - the weekend guests that set up shop on the beach brought a loud speaker to blast their music. Not really sure if the motel staff have any say in those things, but if so, recommend doing a little more policing of the beach to ensure guests arenât unreasonably disturbing others. I donât mind music at all, but thereâs a line between listening enjoyment and downright disrespect for others.

Perfect location! Close to the action but not too close. The beach was right there, it was almost like having a private beach. Our double queen room had a full fridge and stove and a microwave. There were dishes and utensils sufficient for us to cook eggs for breakfast. The shower was big and nice, good pressure and temperature. On the whole the room was small and not fancy but I am super happy with everything about our stay and the accommodations.

Everything. Smaller motel with friendly staff and lots of amenities. Private beach with beautiful sunsets. The facilities were clean, bed comfortable, appliances worked., nice pool, tiki tables/chairs, lots of outdoor furniture. We even extended our stay.
The only slight dislike was the stairs, but seriously who really likes climbing stairs.
