Cozy

The staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable. It has a wood fireplace which made it cozy.

The shower was a bit small even for one person in our room. The property was beautiful although off beaten path it was nice. The public transportation was the hard west thing.

The view will take your breath away!

Super location and great hospitality. You can’t beat the views of Lake Como from the veranda of the house. We had a delicious dinner served by our attentive host, Gianluca. It was a lovely stay, shame it was only for one night!

Awesome views from a beautiful peaceful location...away from it all !!

We are a family of 4 and stayed at this place for 2 days - the views from this location are amazing. The trip up from and down to parking at the bottom of the mountain was mind bogglingly amazing. The vibe is quiet solitude except for some cowbells which you get used to after a little time. Good place to relax and refresh. The hot tub was decent. After you get to parking very fun drive to Nesso and Bellagio. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Mathew and Ashwini were bot amazing in taking care of us. Definitely recommend it 100% and 2 thumbs up !!

Really enchanting view that cannot be seen in other places. Gianluca is so kind and friendly. He is a sommelier that he recommended ecstatic taste wine. His driving skill gave us thrill. Donkey and goat make me feel that I was in a countryside.

Lovely comfortable stay with beautiful views, the staff were great very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Location was up on a cliff side, if it wasn’t for the shuttle service you wouldn’t be able get to it by taxi so the staff were very attentive

Limited options for the meals and it’s not walkable to the village to go to local restaurants.

Gianluca was super helpful and personable at every turn, whilst the location of the property might otherwise be a problem, Gianluca is eager to be as helpful as possible. the view is amazing and what you get for what you pay is very very competitive. thanks for the stay 😊

Incredible view and accommodating hosts

View and location is fantastic! Had a delicious breakfast and dinner here. Room was beautifully decorated and bathroom very modern. Hosts are extremely kind and helpful. The shuttle from the car park to the house is exceptional!

A magical and special place

A magical place with an amazing view, the hospitality was in accordance with our expectations, it should be noted that the place is on the back of the mountain and therefore access is limited. The service and hospitality were excellent. It is highly recommended

Accessibility is a bit difficult, you have to use the hotel stuff to get to the guest house

Wonderful small guest house in a stunning location with excellent views over Lake Como

The Guesthouse is located at the top of a hill in remote and stunning surroundings. Exceptional friendly staff with attention to detail made our stay a very memorable experience. As the Guest house is situated some distance from the next eatery Dinner can be arranged with the host, lovely home cooked meal :-) Breakfast was very good with loads to choose from.

Superb

The location, the very nice host, the breakfast with a view. We had the privilege to be there on the first snow of the year and it was very beautiful and magic.

The sofa bed could be more comfortable, it tended to bend and was impossible to sleep in a flat bed.

Amazing location, the view is just breath taking. Very frendly hosts . The owners are very friendly, positive and sweet. Rooms are big, clean and with comfortable bed. Love the place.

Perfect stay

The most amazing place ran by an attentive friendly family. The shuttle service was flexible, but it is a lovely scenic walk down to the village to the local cafe/restaurant. The views are beautiful & the room was warm, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and large portions. Dinner is optional, but we would highly recommend, very tasty and a lovely atmosphere. Can't wait to come back, they have some great plans to make the guesthouse even more wonderful. Thank you so much!
