I loved the apartment, the personal was absolutely kind and helpful and i really enjoyed it. The beach is close, the swimming pool was so great, i already miss it

Superb

Super friendly and helpful staff. The pool on the rooftop is amazing. The view from our balcony facing on the sea was really nice and huge. The apartment was nicely furnitured and clean.

Quite noisy street. It wasnt a problem for us, but if you come with little children, you might consider to ask for a room which faces to the back and located on a higher floorlevel.

The appartment is nice, clean and good equipte.

They must improve the communication. I didn't receive yet the invoice, although I insisted by phone, but I could not contact the host Also, I think that they can also put at the kitchen some sponge and dish detergent

location close to beach, restaurants in same building, doctor also. Clear.

prehistoric WIFI access, we did not used. But we have data in mobile devices, in the end not problem for us… Kettle will be nice to have in kitchen.

great place, great town, great beaches....for us it was excellent holiday

the location is excellent, very close to beach. But it is also very noisy street - if You will have rooms oriented to street, there is noise nearly 24h hours (but, if You close the windows, they make the rooms very quite). Apartments are new, very nicely equipped.

there was no cleaning whole 10 days we were there...so we had the whole visit the same towels, we needed to clean the floor ourselves... also, in Italy is probably common to use just 1 real "bed blanket" for double bed - so either you fight with partner, or You use provided thin blanket (thin like bed sheet) to cover Yourself as gentleman :) . So this is not criticism, just we are used to different setup :-)

new, spacious and well equipped apartments. Very convenient when traveling with family. The sea is very close by. Nice personel. Overall, great place for the money.

Location accros the street from the beach was great.

Floor could have been cleaner (only vacuumed, not wiped solid floor maybe?) ; parking space was just doable but very tight.

Beautiful apt and great location

Nice, modern and clean one bedroom apartment. Comfortable beds and great rain shower. Location was good, opposite the beach and they gave you discount to the restaurant downstairs which serves delicious and amazing pizza and seafood pasta. Very reasonable price too, much cheaper than the other main cities prices we had in Rome, Florence and Venice. We ate dinner there most nights after the MotoGP. Had a very small washing machine in bathroom which was handy but can do only one small load at a time. Good decent size kitchen and full size fridge.

Wifi didn’t work at all up to level 4 on all the five days we were there. They said they’ll fix it everyday but it still didn’t work. Probably only works in lobby or lower floors. The plugs are the small European holes so if you have a bigger European adapter or appliance, it won’t plug in. Can ask receptionist for an adapter, they may have one, as the kettle in the apartment was a big plug and couldn’t plug in to any of the powerpoints at all so couldn’t be used!

Good

It was a good stay! Staff was really helpful and kind. The appartment was spacious, bright and well equipped with all essentials, very close to the beach. In the kitchenette you'll find everything what you need (plates, cups, cutlery, pots, even a moka pot). Stuff inside is fairly new, the design is modern what makes our stay comfortable. The view from the rooftop pool was great. There are many shops and restaurants around. In walking distance you'll find FlixBus stop and Rimini's public transport's stops, what makes easy to get to the city centre or even to Aquarium of Cattolica. We would definitely stay there once again.

The residence is near a very noisy street, so if you look for a calm place to stay it is not there. Check-in is in the next hotel (Aurgia) and we weren't clearly informed about that. There's a map next to the main door how to get to the hotel's office but it isn't clearly indicated that there you should do your check-in. It is confusing. We've stayed there for a week and the appartment was cleaned only once. With all the sand from the beach you bring unwittingly with your stuff it would be nice to clean the place more often.

Loved the room and the location

The location was perfect. Very close to restaurants, beaches, and shops.

They didn’t tell us that check- in was through another hotel. Nobody was answering the phone so we spent an hour trying to find the entrance . It is the staff an another hotel. The parking is a nightmare. Very tight space in basement.
