They helped us when we didn't have money and the ATM didn't work for Mastercard
Water was too hot or too cold
They had construction work with loud noises at night like it's a normal thing to do in a hostel
Breakfast is bread with half an egg and something close to butter
They know people get stuck there without money so they take advantage of that by giving you an option to send them money through Paypal for a really bad rate (6.8) instead of letting you know that the only bank in the village only takes Visa

Very quiet and nice staff.
Hard to socialize, crumbles on the bed, no lockers, no sockets, no way to lock the door

First we were given a room with a giant hole in the wall and floor, room looked half under construction. We asked for a new room which was much better but you couldn't lock the door. Bathroom bins were full for over 24 hours and often without toilet paper.

The price is really good and it was very quite at this place bordering the town of Torotoro.
The matresses are pretty thin so you can feel the wood directly on your back.

Friendly owner. WiFi, clean, parking space.
Actually under construction. New management is a little bit unorganized, but not a problem.

The breakfast was nice and the owner was very friendly
The place didn't match the photos, there was no toilet roll in the bathroom and towels were not provided as described. It's very basic, the room had concrete floors and the paint was coming off the walls and the place looks unkept and many parts are under renovations. There is no WiFi.
I wouldn't stay again.

The Location, very peaceful corner of Torotoro, which is by the way a nice super small pueblo.
The Wifi never worked, the breakfast was ok a part from the steal bread. The water of the shower was never hot, but warm,, and on the last day there was very little water pressure. Also, good part of the hostal was under restauration and construction with lot of things left around. I am sure that when the works will be finished it will be the most charming of Torotoro. But right now The price is high for the services offered. We took a double room with private bathroom.

the staff and owner are incredibly helpful and friendly. we had a lovely chat with the owner before we left. the bed was very comfortable and the place was very peaceful and quiet. it has beautiful surroundings and is near the centre of the small town. the shower was warm and the room clean.
there is ongoing construction works which make the place a bit untidy in areas but what can you do. there was no noise from this though and we were not disturbed at all during our two night stay.

rooms and bathrooms were clean and there was hot water. but very simple as there is no table or wardrobe to take clothes off the luggage.
the hostal is in work for building new rooms. it was unpleasant to stay for that reason. noise until 9PM our first day! after complaining work was better managed. there was no accommodation in the very small garden. breakfast was very basic.

The room was comfy
I dont usually write reviews but i feel like the ones here do not reflect my experience at all. The family of the owners were the loudest people i have aver seen, talking super loudly until 12PM and at 5AM. The kids were especially annoying, following me around everywhere. The bathroom was awful, no toilet paper refill even though i asked, hair Everywhere as if someone came to cut their hair every hour. Only one bathroom was showed to me, and it was also used by the staff. No soap either. The lady/manager did not help me with anything. The kids came knocking aggressively on my door to know if i wanted breakfast. Worst hostel

We loved our stay at Hostal Wilma, Ramiro the owner was very friendly and spoke really good english. The rooms we clean and nice, the showers hot and had a nice chill out space in the rear garden. He was very helpful and gave us good recomendations for things to do apart from the tours. We had breakfast included every morning and he provided a fast laundry service! Also on our departure we have left an item behind and Ramiro went out of his way and arranged for the item to be delivered on the next collectivo to cochabamba. The hostel is in good location and is very pieceful and quite with no traffic noise. Highly recommend. Thanks again Chris

the hostel has a lovely garden.
the dorm room had black mold up the wall and only one plug socket for the four beds. there was never anyone around to ask questions or if you needed anything. no wifi and no hot shower.

Staff was really nice and breakfast good. The hostel was clean and the showers really hot. There were lockers as well. I really enjoyed my stay there and the family was lovely.
Bed a bit tired.
No wifi when I was there (which didn't bother me but still is not like said on booking).

An ideal place to relax during an active trip! I lived in Wilma hostel for 2 days longer than planned and felt myself like at my grandmother' country house !Quiet, clean, peasefull, place to do the laundry, with a huge green courtyard and flowers with a stunning view of the mountain. More than that by the time arriving to Cachabamba i found out i have forgoten some of my stuff in Wilma's place and they sand it to me with minibus to Cachabamba! wow!!! Thank you so much!
