Vicini...a Padre Pio!

Bellissima la veduta, stanza spaziosa con frigo capiente. Bagno grande e funzionale, ventilatore. Posto auto riservato. A due passi dal Santuario di San Pio

2 piano senza ascensore (anche se aiutati a salire le valigie è pur sempre un handicap), non è prevista la colazione

Passable

Room was clean, towels were changed daily. There was a fridge in the room. It is located very close to main sanctuary. It is very close to bus station too.

My biggest dispointment was, that in the property with no kitchen / restaurant facilities, there was not a kettle with tea / coffee offer in the room. So any time I wanted a tea, I had to go outside to buy it. My room was on a side to street which got busy/ noisy in the morning.

Small but, still good

The location is excellent. You are almost in the centre of the village but, still can find a free parking. The room was clean. This place is famous as a location were the restored body of Padre Pio is disposed to public.

The room is a little bit too small. There were 3 of us (2 adults and 1 child) and the space between the wall and the bed doesn't permit for 2 people to pass at the same time. So, this place is just to pass the night, exactly what we were looking for.

Excellent value great accommodation

Constanza was superb. Facilitated late check in and collected me from bus stop. Provided details of local area too and was very informative. I will stay there again. Very close to main sanctuary etc. Superb location. Accommodation facilities excellent too. Was able to leave luggage after checkout too.

Lovely place, but please replace the mattresses!

Everything was generally excellent (room, location, helpful staff, etc).

The only issue was the bed(s). The mattress was too soft, and had no support! I realized after 15 minutes lying down it would hurt my back if I stayed in bed any longer because there was no support for my back. I had no choice but to make a camp bed out of two thick blankets, and sleep on the floor for three nights. I didn't say anything before because I didn't want to cause problems (replacing a bed isn't a simple thing to do). But I can only say, if I were to return or to recommend this hotel (which was otherwise excellent and very welcoming) to others, please replace the mattresses!

Nice rooms and nicely located

The room was spotless with uncluttered, minimalistic decoration - just the way I like them. The shower room was perfect. Location was very close to the sanctuary. Excellent lighting in the room, nice atmosphere. Having a fridge is nice. Good wifi. This place must be awesome if you have one of the nicer rooms...

I booked a double room (I had room #1). The window in that room is high up - I had to climb on a chair to look out the window. The room is still bright enough, however, the weather was very hot during my stay, and even with the window wide open and the nice temperature outside at night, the room remained hot as it did not get any breeze from outside. After a couple nights of poor sleep, I had to get used to sleeping with the tabletop fan on (the fan is provided). The lack of a decent window in that room is problematic in summer, and there was no one one the premises to ask if there was any other room available - check-in was quick and right after showing me to my room the person was gone, no time to think or talk. The window also doesn't have any blinds, only curtains, which limits your options for ventilating the room while blocking some light. Also, I didn't find the bidet and TV to be necessary.

Easy accommodation for a short stay

It was a really nice and easy stay, a simple and basic room but came with all the amenities needed for a quick and short stay. Would definitely recommend and the host was very helpful with giving us tips for things to do nearby!

Clean rooms, friendly personnel, free parking. Unfortunately no a AC and very thin walls.

Very clean rooms and friendly personnel! Fairly priced and we even had our own parking spot.

We were missing air condition. It was extremely hot outside and we only had a very loud fan in our room. Additionally, the way the building is constructed causes you to hear any noise happening in the building, such as your neighbors flushing the toilet at 3am.
