Nice and clean
The room was very small, and was on the corner of the hotel. Lots of road noise, so didn't sleep that well

Parking was smell like piss.

Room clean and well equipped for what it costed me.
Staff was warm and nice
A bit cold in the bathroom and no TV command.

Clean and comfy bed. Perfect heating and strong shower and spot on bathroom. Immaculate clean bedsheets and towels. Housekeeper was really nice and helpful. I think called Sitari. Receptionist were friendly, too.
Bad breakfast, no choice at all. I would pay double then asking price (8€ pp) in order to have it as it should be. Corridor with really bad dump odour. Lift damaged, only one was working and really filthy.

I had my folding electric bike. The staff were very helpful. The location is good for transport connections if you have a bike. A quiet hotel with modern fittings. A full petit déjeuner.
Electric car chargers are being installed at the front of the hotel. They need to be behind bushes. Signs are needed to the ramp access at the back.

Under renovation so some dust around
6.0
The room was clean. Good Staff.
That was a little bit far from city center. They have renovation and the place for breakfast hat almost dust on the table. And at morning was noisy because of this. The breakfast with comparing other hotels in Germany was very bad. And they did not make refill the empty things like Germany. And breakfast variations was very afew. And they did not offer foods and drinks except hot drinks. And at night when you need water you have to take a walk to McDonald's or KFC to by a expensive water. They have not got WiFi. WiFi is too important for all guests. I think they should describe all things before booking.they have uploaded some picture from Hotel but we saw some things else. For me as guest prefer to pay a little more money to book another Hotel. Sorry not next time.
7.0
The location.
The hotel was in revamp.
Nothing was mentioned about it during the booking so it wasn't fair at all to discover it while already there.
Many contractors, dusty, fresh paint.
Water issues in the room.
Not the best time ever.

Newly refurbished room. Great breakfast and a nice man on the front desk.
Only gripe is the carpark was untidy as building work is being done to the Hotel. Not a real problem
