Wspaniały wypoczynek

Widok na ocean i port, który mieliśmy z pokoju był jak z pocztówki. Pokój bardzo dobrze wyposażony a w szczególności aneks kuchenny, w którym znajdziesz wszystko, czego potrzebujesz jeśli chcesz przyrządzać sam posiłki. Obsługa recepcji, restauracji i oraz personel dbający o czystość całego obiektu zawsze uśmiechnięty i służący pomocą. Na duży plus menu lunchowe dostępne tylko dla gości Mariny, dzięki czemu czas oczekiwania jest krótki a dostaje się naprawdę smaczne dania. Basen i jacuzzi bez żadnego zarzutu.

Jedyny mały minus, to mało zróżnicowany bufet śniadaniowy.

Luxury, comfortable and overall an amazing hotel!

The location was great, a little walk out of main Puerto Rico was peaceful and quiet, and only 10 min walk into the centre of Puerto Rico was perfect for us. The apartment and balcony was amazing and the pool bar was excellent too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family as it was luxury. The view was absolutely brilliant, and the friendly staff were very helpful in any questions we had.

It was 2 single beds in a double room when a double bed would have been preferred. The sunbeds were really squeaky and extremely hot 🔥 All in all in was a fabulous break and will most definitely come back. Thank you

We will definitely be returning.

All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped and the breakfast was lovely with loads of choice. We had a welcome "is everything OK" call on the second day and there was a small welcome pack in the apartment which was topped up half way through the holiday. The maintenance team all said hi when you went past and the breakfast team commented that it was our last day - it was these little touches which made our stay that little bit special. We also had chocolate and a card on Valentines Day. Yes, there are a lot of steps, wth extra up to our "deluxe" room as it was the furthest away, but it was good exercise! The Gym was small but adequate with a great view and we enjoyed the lunches which we had. Veggie options were good. Wifi worked everywhere apart from in our bedroom and the main tv was updated while we were there. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday and will defintely return.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely

All staff were always very friendly and helpful. We liked that our room was close to the pool. The pool was heated and very well maintained. We liked the lunch and different smoothie and cocktail options. The breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of choice.

The mattresses were sagging and of poor quality. Cleanliness could've been a bit better (ventilation grills, in corners etc.)

Relaxing stay, great staff, super views

Loved the laid back atmosphere and the staff were so friendly

The little shop is gone, It was so handy to have in the complex. But this time it was a long walk down the steps to the supermarket and a long walk back up with bags of groceries

The views of the Marina. Staff were really friendly always say hello. Rooms very clean and had everything we needed. No cleaning two days a week. Balcony had a nice deck chair. Wine on arrival and sweets. Pool had lovely views. Jacuzzi was really nice also.

The steps down to the beach are a good exercise!! Sunbeds were nearly always reserved with towels early in morning and no one on them. We ended up just going down to the pool and straight back to our room. The bed was two single matress pushed together with a soft double matress on top.

The blinds let in too much light. The AC not working. unfortunately cockroaches around the corridors. The room was not cleaned whilst I was there. issues with the commission rate, was advised on my reservation a price and when I got there charged an xtra 50 euros. Also requested a taxi from reception the day before travel and had email from them saying I could pick up a taxi from airport and they could not arrange. I then arranged my own transport. when I got to the Bayfield Marina, the reception man called Jose tried to add another 50 euros onto my bill.

Great accommodation with superb views of Puerto Rico.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Facilities were great in the room. Ideal location, close to supermarket, mall, beach and marina. Staff were so nice and excellent cocktails.

We requested a double bed and we got two singles pushed together. The beds kept coming apart. A double sheet over the two may have fixed this.

beautiful, relaxing and picturesque

This was our second time staying in this hotel , the staff are amazing and so nice , the view is unbelievable, as it’s adult only it’s so relaxing and chill and the rooms are very comfy

was sad to see the little shop at the pool was gone , it was very handy . the closest shop is down the steps to hiperdino which we didn’t mind but the steps back up are very tiring , but wouldn’t stop me from staying again as the hotel is amazing
