Il manque une pancarte pour indiquer aux gens telephone interdit dans les couloirs. Très gênant de les entendre gueuler au telephone

Un vrai « FIASCO » !!!

J'ai juste aimé quitté l'hôtel...

Dès que nous sommes arrivés à la réception pour nous identifier, au moment de payer le « monsieur », (j'utilise ce terme car cette personne n'avait aucun code de l'hôtellerie), me dit : « c'est bon, j'ai débité votre carte ». Alors là, c'est le moment où j'ai vu rouge ! J'ai fait une réservation avec aucun prépaiement requis et paiement sur place, et ce monsieur se permet de débiter ma carte ! C'est l 1ère fois que cela m'arrive en réservant via Booking ! Je lui ai dit que je j'aurais voulu payer en espèces, il me répond : « de toute façon, c'est pas possible , j'ai fait ma caisse ». J'hallucine !!! N'importe quoi ! Il n'avait tout simplement pas envie de se prendre la tête ! Et si j'avais voulu payer avec une autre carte bleue ! Je suis curieuse de savoir ce qu'il aurait répondu ! Ayant travaillé à la réception d'un hôtel ( Best Western pour ne pas les citer), je trouve cela inadmissible ! Je voudrais savoir toutefois, si c'est juste cet hôtel, ou si c'est nouveau sur Booking ? Je suis absolument en colère ! J'aurais bien voulu dire du bien du PDJ, mais là encore grosse déception... Il restait 2 bouts de pain qui se battaient en duel, 1 croissant et 5 chocolatines à 8h30 le matin..... et en plus le croissant, comme la chocolatine étaient durs. Bref, je ne retournerai jamais dans cet hôtel et je ne le recommande à personne ! Je regrette vraiment de ne pas avoir choisi le Kyriad !

Good value and really comfortable.

Clean. Room is as comfortable. Staff was kind and let us check in early. Good internet.

There is not that many restaurants or shops within walking distance.

Well located hotel for overnight stay after late arrival at midnight at Bordeaux Airport.

Breakfast was fine, with good selection of hot drinks, freshly made and juice. Good bread and croissants plus option of scrambled egg and bacon, which made my husband 's day.

secured parking, online checkin, rooms were clean and nice, overall impression is good - perfect place to stay and have some rest while driving

no lift, no instructions for the onsite check in - you get an SMS with the door code and then need to figure out what to do next, no breakfast, no wifi

excellent location for airport and motorway, clean, comfortable with good aircon, easy to check in and to park. friendly and efficient lady at the reception and very good breakfast. lots of restaurants around. better than expected for an airport hotel

I will not complete this section, for obvious reasons.

We thought we had paid for our visit at the time of booking (Dec 2021) but we had to pay again when we checked in. The check-in was done remotely - we were at the hotel, the agent was on the phone, and he gave us a key code. I had to give him my VISA number on the hotel machine, which I definitely did not want to do for privacy/safety reasons. He said the original charge on booking was just to reserve the room and had been refunded. I have no memory or record of this. But we were desperate for a place to stay so I gave him the VISA number. And we have been charged again. Not impressed.

A very convenient place to stay near to Bordeaux airport

Easily accessible from the airport, good out of hours arrangements for accessing the room and carpark. Good breakfast and friendly staff

Good for a one night stay

Good location near the airport and p4 longstay parking. Restaurants in walking distance too.

The pillows are not firm enough and no additional ones.

Superb value and exceptional staff

Very well located for the airport and motorway. Lots of retail and eateries around. Room was very comfortable with a great shower. We arrived just as reception was closing yet the welcome we received was second to none- a smiley face, tea and coffee offered and we were shown to our room. Breakfast was also excellent- hams, cheeses, cereal, juices, delicious yoghurt, delicious fruits and honey and coffee etc. The lady on reception was just as lovely as the gentleman the previous evening.

Adequate for a one night stay.

Great location for those of us wanting to use the airport. It is a simple hotel, adequate for what we needed.

Breakfast was a bit sparse with little selection. Not worth 9.50 euros. We were not allowed to eat in the room and we were not interested in going to a restaurant

Perfect stay

The personel was very helpful and very friendly, I traveled on my own and felt very good there. I could even go for a walk on the beach and chill out oyster diner in Andernos, only 35 min drive!

No pavements for pedestrians makes walking in bad weather hazardous as one has to walk on busy roads.
