Beautiful place
Friendly staff
Perfect location
Nice breakfast
Squeaky doors, need to grease the hinges! Can’t do much about the floor. Water supply can be an issue and internet connection is temperamental!

Rapport qualite prix decevant. Dortoir à privilégier si vous souhaitez séjourner dans cette auberge

Really good if staying the night before Machu Picchu hike and after but other than that I wouldn’t stay here for atomsphere. Comfy beds for before and after a big hike

Amazing location! The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Nice hostel in a great location, kept clean and rooms are good
Not really a party hostel, we were there on the weekend and not much was going on. Not many bathrooms for all the people. Wifi doesnt work almost never and nowhere. Price a bit high for what its worth
4.0 / 5.0
I stayed 2 nights in the big dorm room. First night was bad because of a particular party person in the bunk below me. But the 2nd night was excellent because that person was gone. Lol. So nothing to do with the place itself. I liked the ample hot water in the shower. The staff were lovely. Location perfect.
The big dorm room was next to the pool table bar, so it was noisy, and some people smoked. But this is rather normal. The free breakfast extremely minimal.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Showers fantastic. Small kitchen available to cook. Fantastic location, very close to the main square.
No quiet hours so even though the hostel is quiet at night other guests may choose to ruin this

This hostel is in a good location, partway between the Plaza de Armas and San Pedro market.
The hot water in the showers lasted about 45 seconds

Good, very close to center and everything is available on site.
I had a private room and wifi was almost unavailable there.
I had to ring the bell every time to enter hostal and wait for someone to open the door.

The staff was very helpful contacting a doctor for me and the place is super central, and I much appreciated the usb outlets by the bed because I didn't buy a transformer for charging my phone
is a bit rustic but is very cusco like, authentic, the room was a bit dark with hard light but I imagine it be a great hostel when there is more people around

location is excellent, maybe a better breakfast could be wished
4.5 / 5.0
We had to leave very early and came back very late for our hike to Machu Picchu. The staff was very accommodating and had no issues with our weird hours. The breakfast while super basic, was still delicious. The private room felt safe and stayed a comfortable temperature. If your on a budget this is still a very nice place to stay. The building is unique and not like most hostels, which will make it a memorable part of your trip! Would definitely go back.

Comfy bed, accommodating staff, extra loo roll
No sockets next to bed, extremely limited breakfast selection, hole in floor, light switch not working, no bedside table light, lost our bathmat while room was being cleaned

Very old place, a bit abandoned. It's very expensive for the poor service it offers.
Staff struggle with payments by card.

good beds and well designed lamp, plug, table for each bed. blankets were really comfy and warm. showers are warm 👍
music from 8 AM till 11 PM. why would you put on music when there were actually nobody in the common area at night that were hanging out? people were trying to sleep eatly to get up and go to some early hikes...
also kitchen was dirty.

Location is really good - very near plaza de armas, taxis, supermarket, local market, etc
Staff is really nice!
24h reception.
Rooms are good.
Amazing breakfast - bread, jam, butter, iogurt, coffe, tea, cereals. And they make it as early as you need to go for the tours!!
I stayed here almost 2 weeks and I would stay again. Lovely.
Wifi worked amazingly the first 3 days, was able to work really good and then it went down. The hostel is pretty "open air" meaning it's cold everywhere besides the rooms. Also there is no common room, confortable, for people to hang out so it's not a very social hostel.

the location was good, and the kitchen was ok.
there was not hot water in the shower. sometimes there was hot water for 20 seconds and then again cold water.

had a 9PM flight leaving Cusco, and there was no problem with late check out of 6PM without any extra charge. This was very convenient and important in terms of packing, etc, and enjoying my last day in Cusco.

Room is big and comfortable
Noisy place and the bread at breakfast had died a couple days before haha.
