3.6
Right by the Rhine , it’s own beer garden , bet friendly staff
3.6
Very friendly and situated next to the Rhine so could watch the barges and drink
3.6
Room is clean, I didn´t have brekfast and bathroom is small.
Small bathroom, but clean, pilows too thin, and sounds from the street were too loud from time to time.
3.6
The noisy extractor fan in the bathroom
3.6
WI-FI was down. Location not as scenic as photos show, January pretty bleak. Arriving in car by using post code showed arrival 5 Km short of hotel!! Use full street address for accuracy!

We liked the location and staff it made the hotel
The bathroom could of been bigger but fine for a couple of nights

This property is fantastic, so clean great value, the staff was so friendly but I am afraid we didn’t really sleep because of the trains , even though we had a room over looking the river the trains run all night such a shame as such a lovely friendly hotel .
The train track being so nosy . It runs all night long
3.6
Easy check in. Right next to the Rhein
No airco. But they did provide a ventilator
3.6
Brilliant hosts and staff, polite and humorous, good food and drink on site with a good evening menu and breakfast on offer. Literally on the side of the river, very pretty in the good weather. Reasonable price. Good clean rooms. Only 10 mins in car to Koblenz
Limited parking.

Room was a fair size with a comfy bed. Furnishings were basic but adequate. Decent size balcony with great views of the Rhine. Breakfast buffet was good, ample variety and offered a good cup of coffee.
Staff was very friendly.
Bathroom was small, narrow and very outdated, in need of updating. If you wanted to wash at the basin or dry yourself after a shower you need to open the door to the room to create the necessary space.
TV was mounted on the side wall with a fixed bracket, so it wasn't possible to turn the screen for easier viewing from the bed.
No Internet at all.
3.6
The view, the bed, the room in general, breakfast was also ok
The ground was cold and the bathroom was small, no warm breakfast
3.6
Very nice location. Pleasant staff and not expensive.
There is nothing else except a pizza place nearby, but you can easily get to other towns or Koblenz by bus or car.

The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Good indoor bike storage. Great Biergarten. Very good traditional breakfast. The restaurant had a good variety of options and they had daily dinner specials. Great location - close to Koblenz, but not too close. Easy access to bike paths. Easy bike ride to Koblenz city and Bobbard.
We booked a room with a balcony, but we were put in a room without one (rm 133). Turns out we had a better view than the room we were supposed to have.

the room was lovely,
the view was great, watching the river and boats
i'll be back I hope, and the staff were very freindly
maybe a water cooker in the room
and an extra bin in the bathroom, just little things like that
3.6
Breakfast and dinner
Early Closure of restaurant/bar, no WiFi in room/reception, hardly river view
3.6
Hotel staff very welcoming and spoke better English than my German nothing too much for them to make my stay memorable
Nothing to complain about

The hotel is on a nice place close to the river Rhein and it has a nice “Biergarten” just in front of the river
The hotel is a mix of old (nice building of XVII century) and new (orribile house built on the side of it). My room was there and, thought there were for sure some updates, many things were left like in the ‘70. It looked simply “old”. There was no wi-fi (how is it something like that possible today?) and the room was noisy because on the other side of the river there is an open air disco (everything cool… except when you want to sleep…). The toilet looked “cheap” with all this old looking furniture…
The people working there seemed to be totally disorganized… I had to wait to be checked in because the owner (?) was busy doing something else. I had to wait to be served at the Biergarten and a the end I got a cold below average flammkuchen… no way to get breakfast before 8 AM… at the end I decide to leave without breakfast because I was traveling with my bike and I wanted to enjoy the fresh air of the morning.
So… nothing dramatic but not a place I would recommend or I would like to visit again.

We got a friendly reception and throughout our stay the personnel (we only ever saw 2 people!) were very nice especially the bar man who seemed to do everything. Check-in Check out was easy. The location is very nice. If you don't want to take your car into Koblenz there is a local bus. The Beer-garden on the Rhine is fabulous. Breakfast was good too.
The room was a disappointment. It was a twin room but the 2 beds were toe to toe in a long narrow room.! The room was not on the riverside which is OK I guess but it did overlook the trainline :( The noise was not too bad (with the windows closed) but the trains ran day and night and very often; some times there was only a few minutes between trains. There were passenger trains and goods trains. The bathroom was very small. No where to put a toilet bag or any personal objects. The shower was small but effective.
The bar and restaurant close at 9:00 so there is nothing to do after that time.

Perfect place to stay in a strategic location near the Rhein river and the Historical Castle to visit.
All was ok, the staff available to help.
3.6
Staff excellent. Food excellent. Location excellent
Rooms need refurbishing but we're very clean
3.6
The location was ideal for a 1 night stopover.
The shower was useless and very, very small.

The reception, location, friendliness, food and the value for money.
