Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sehr schön, sowie die komplette Anlage mit einzelnen Bungalows. Sauber und freundliches Personal
Die Qualität der Getränke an der Strandbar war leider nicht gut.

Very friendly staff. Good location near the beach, quiet garden with nice pool. Near two excellent restaurants and just a short ride from town.
5.0
Island style with huts vs. high rise hotel. Gardens were beautifully maintained and staff was extraordinarily kind, and always ready to help. Thank you, Coco Resort!!!
Nothing, loved everything!
5.0
everything. the room was perfect and confortable.
Just to say something, the water for the private pool was a bit cold but it’s nothing compared to the perfect experience
5.0
Very helpful staff, many services proposed (transport, island tours, massage....), beautiful garden with swimming pool, located near the beach....

The resort had a very nature vibe. It is indeed a coco resort as it has a lot of coconuts. We stayed in a villa and it was really nice and huge. The bathroom is clean and spacious, plus we had a jacuzzi in the balcony.
The only thing we didn't like was the bed. It was squeaky even with small movements. The bamboo smell coming from the decorations is also quite strong. They could use an air freshener to eliminate the smell. Morever, we had breakfast at the restaurant and it was pricey and the portion is really small.
4.5
The garden villa’s where amazing and personal was very friendly.
4.0
The place is very organized and very clean
Feels like paradise many statues and plants
The WiFi simply doesn’t work…the breakfast is tasty but not many options to choose from
3.0
The gardens and staff were great.
The rooms were very average; no different to rooms down the road at 1/3 the price.
4.5
The location right on the beach was excellent..
3.5
beautiful gardens, amazing staff, good food, good distance from El Nido town but too far to walk
shower pressure was terrible and only just a dribble, beach bungalows were down an alleyway that was always full of big water puddles

Coco Resort is lovely. We stayed in Villa 4.
The resort is in a brilliant location for restaurants and access to the ocean.
Plenty of Tuktuks available outside to drive into town for only 100 pesos.
The resort pool is refreshing.
The staff are friendly and welcoming.
The private look on our verandah was great.
2.5
I like the staff, they were very helpful
The shower was very weak
The bed in the living room/kitchen was not made
I didn't have a pillow for 2 nights even if I kept requesting for one.
It's water front but the Beach is dirty with boats parked all
over.
for 85000 pesos, I think we deserved more than what we were offered.
4.5
Outside mini pool/spa was delightful. Beautiful touches to the room.
No daily turn down service - which was surprising for the price. Needed to request towels, water etc.
Restaurant was also undergoing changes in management, so was limited.

The deluxe villa was spacious, clean, comfortable beds. amazing view, mini hot tub with cold water also amazing. Staff very nice. excellent breakfast. great location.

Staff was very accommodating from time scheduling our trip and responding to emails in timely manner, setting up travel from/to puerto princesa, setting up sightseeing tours, and local eateries.
Breakfast served daily has wide variety from traditional Filipino, British, and American all on the menu.

The resort was beautiful, with lots of vegetation and a lovely beachfront room.
It was a little too quiet for us but not an issue!

Breakfast was good, location very good, grounds excellent. Staff always friendly and quick to help.
Wifi reception was inconsistent. We had to ask for enough towels for all the guests. No fridge when we arrived, and the sink was leaking. Everything was fixed up promptly, however.
3.0
amazing location, beautiful garden, great pool, right next to the sea
for the price point: needed better mattresses, better and more pillows, a closet or some space to save things, a better bathroom and a bit more work inside the bedrooms that looked very simple and poor. Also the restaurant was poor and not very clean, I’ve noticed they reuse fruits and other unwanted things from other clients, for instance, one of my watermelon slices had a coffee drop on it, and nobody on my table was drinking it. I do hope these things get corrected quickly because paying almost european prices this things cannot happen!
3.5
Breakfast people were really nice and helpful when not short staffed
I was not very impressed with how were greeted when first showed up staff seem to busy to acknowledge new guest arriving. Did not feel warm felt as if we were not important to attend too. May start by saying welcome to Coco Resort I am ??? I will be assisting you in your reservation? How was your travel, then maybe go over the amenities. We went to the Weekends bar because we were not told anything about coco's bar times open etc. We didn't even know there was a bar at the beach until we got lost walking and seen it by that time it was to late we established friends at the Weekends resort and just hung out there. Al honesty I would have rather stayed and enjoy what we paid for at COCO but maybe next time.

beautiful grounds pool and gorgeous huts. We had one on the beach and one standard. The food in the beach bar was fantastic - recommend the kanilaw and pizzas. Staff amazing and genuine. Angela was an angel with our baby.

Garden, pool, location
We had a medical problems with stomach. Receptions called the doctor Nestor Reyes. Please do not call the doctor through the reception. The doctor doesn't care about your health, just about your money. Our insurance covered all our expenses, the doctor wanted the money from the insurance company immidiately and called police. Dr. Reyes sent the medical report and the bill to the insurance company too late on purpuse so we would pay him in cash and to recieve the money from insurance company.

Staff very friendly and Helpful.
Location of beach front villa excellent.
Security very good. They even put a safe in the room upon request.
Food generally good. Beach bar lovely to relax at the end of the day.
The only thing I needed to do was to request my room be cleaned. It didn't happen automatically.
Other than that, a really good experience.

Location and garden set-up is really beautiful. Nice bar at the water front. Nice option for a garden place.
Quality and the price we paid didn’t match. Issues with room cleaning (towels not provided, blankets not back on the bed); breakfast is ok yet simple and repetitive. When we asked for one additional slice of toast we were told that this would be chargeable. There was construction noise from the maintenance crew next to our cottage as early as 8am.

access to beachfront
the room cleanliness can be more improved
