Built in the early 1900’s, this charming home has been lovingly cared for and updated. Additional features include an enclosed porch with sliding glass windows and screens, outdoor patio, spacious lawn, ample parking, and a dock for up to a 25’ power boat.
This property is available to rent spring, summer, and fall, and is conveniently located on the open lake 6 miles north of Lake George Village and 4 miles south of Bolton Landing. It is 5 minutes by boat to the Narrow Island Group and 30 minutes by car to Saratoga.
Enjoy clicking through the photos as you plan a memorable vacation for your family and/or friends on the Queen of American Lakes. Please note: occupancy is limited to 10 persons (day or night) for the care of our septic system and as a courtesy to our neighbors. The home and its setting are yours to enjoy, but NOT suitable for large family reunions, multiple-family gatherings, wedding parties, or general use as a "party house" at any time.
No pets. No smoking. Additional fee is required for docking your boat.
