È stato veramente rilassante e rigenerante!

L’accoglienza, la pulizia, la bellezza della struttura e la colazione

l’unico appunto è che il signore della pulizia della piscina per due volte di fila, dopo essersi presentato a sorpresa per pulire di prima mattina e aver chiesto dieci minuti per sistemarci e uscire, se ne è andato come se nulla fosse, non pulendo così la piscina. quest’ultima andava comunque con ozono due volte al giorno ed era molto comoda e rilassante. l’appunto più che alla struttura è al lavoratore ed un avviso a loro nei suoi riguardi

Perfect stay in a wonderful location.

Wonderful location. Close to everything but nice and quiet. Staff (especially Maria) were amazing. Really helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Property was perfect but unfortunately, one of our neighbours was a prolific smoker and succeeded in polluting the air outside around the pool with the acrid stench of his habit. But you can’t legislate against that sort of thing…. Especially in Greece!

Comfortable and nice place to stay for affordable price

Hospitality of the staff was beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay at Stay Helios, the breakfast portions were large and full of tasty food. Also, hotel is close to beaches and the surrounding is relatively quiet. Despite the fact that our apartment did not have direct access to the swimming pools behind the building. There is a public swimming pool just across the road, next to the hotel.

The bathroom had some flaws. Basically it was impossible to leave the shower without a wet floor. The drain was removing the water rather slowly and there was no curtain or something else that would hold the water from getting out. The location of the hotel is relatively far from the city centre. Breakfast portions were large and tasty but after some time it was still the same. Also, there is no reception so it is a bit confusing after the first arrival.

Amazing place, I truly recommend!

We enjoyed the great mornings and the nights at the pool. Also, the people who brought us breakfast and hold the accomodation were very nice (helping us with a taxi when needed, always available).

Lovely studio apartment close to all the Faliraki beaches. Great staff and a lovely quiet location.

What a lovely stay we had. The staff were fantastic and so helpful with suggestions about local beaches, restaurants & public transport. Our room was lovely & cleaned daily by the wonderful Maria ❤️ And the breakfast of eggs, bread, jam, tea & juice was so nice. Helios also has private pools for some rooms, & an agreement with two local pools in case you miss out. 💦 It was a perfect place to rest. Highly recommended!

the location was great. Nice and quiet. a little way away from Faliraki night life. the staff, particularly Maria, are fantastic. they can’t do enough for you!

Excellent loved the apartment and would definately go back

Excellent room with private pool, we had the end apartment so lots of room to sit around the pool , immaculate conditions inside and out, cleaned daily , only a 15 min walk to a variety of restaurants and bars

Bed was in a large wooden frame with sharp edges but we got round it by putting a fleece around the bottom

Pleasant stay

-Big balcony -Comfortable bed -Good storage space -Excellent staff and owner

-No warm water 2 evenings and 1 morning -Water pressure in shower fluctuates and can change temperature during usage which makes showering a challenge -lack of basic kitchen amenities like a smaller pots and microwave -Cleaning was not that great especially in toilet

Awesome appartement in a quiet area at easily walkable distance from faliraki centre and very close to the beach. Would

Super clean and nice appartement near the beach and faliraki centre. The airconditioning was great and it was nice to have a balcony where we could watch the sun set every evening! Also the swimming pool we could use was really nice and they had a good bar. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend others!

The kitchen didn’t really have all the equipment to cook, for example no cutting knives and only one reasonable sized pan. Also there wasn’t a bin for all the rubbish (except for the one in the bathroom for the toilet paper).

Having a private pool to your room is amazing. It's so refreshing to cool down after going out. Also, the property is quite close to beaches and restaurants. Host was welcoming.

I Loved the room and the pool the host arrived within 5 mins superfast, there was all the numbers we needed if we needed to contact anyone, the room was lovely and big and the swimming pool was amazing, best bit the grounds was very clean

Very clean apartments; the bed was amazing, very comfy! The pool was nice and clean, water great temperature.

Helios apartments is a very pleasant place for vacation. My studio was very calm, confortable, modern,well equipped and cleaned everyday. My bed was amazing with a great mattress so l could sleep like a baby. The wifi is high speed. The establishment is very close to the beach and just 15 minutes from Faliraki center by walking where you can buy souvenirs and have great restaurants for diner , lunch and bars to spend a nice evening. The maid does a good job and she always very polite. The manager Nick is very friendly and gives you lots of tips of things to do and see in Rhodos. I really appreciated and recommend this place and give 10 because I had a great time during all my stay. For sure I will be back. Thanks Nick😊 best regards, Adriano Decré

Very good

Great location 10 minutes from Mandomata beach.Quiet area but at 15 minutes from Faliraki center of all shops restaurants and clubs. If you like to walk like us, Antony bay and Ladiko beach are a 30 minutes walking distance. Couples of supermarkets also very close to the apartments. I can't recommend enough the room with private swimmpool, great time there. Room was nice and clean and the host very welcoming . The only thing missing is that there is not breakfast included. Thanks again

Nice appartements

The host Nick was very nice, check-in and other services were perfect. The room was quite small but sufficient for two and newly furnished. The good thing was free wi-fi connection and free parking area.

The kitchen equipment was dirty, but it was probably the fault of previous guests. Otherwise I cannot complain - it was about 10 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the Faliraki center and the room did not have an interesting view, but we counted on all this.

Nice place for our one week stay in Rhodes, we had one of the biggest room, with private pool, wich was a bless in the heat of july at midday,a very nice and clean bathroom, without horrible plastic curtains that you find in most of the greek hotels.., coffee machine, parking place and good information from the owner.

Kid's room, wich was on the first floor , was a bit small, basically there was just the beds and not much space left, but the same clean bathroom:-)One or two evenings we didn't had hot water, but in july this is not a big issue:-)

Comfortable room close to Mandomata

Property is well located close to Mandomata beach. I really enjoyed the privacy of the balcony and the pool. Clean and comfortable room.

There’s nothing more to it. Just a room with a bathroom. No extra services, not even a bottle of water in the fridge. There was no coffee machine in the kitchenette, at least not in my junior suite. I never got to see any of the owners or the staff although they did call me upon arrival.

A wonderful place, we want to come back again.

Great location, very quiet and peaceful place. Very friendly staff. The apartment is new. Very correct position in relation to the sun, the light falls on the balcony only in the afternoon. It is important that air conditioning is included in the total price, in some hotels in Faliraki this is not the case.

Perhaps it would be possible to add more accessories and utensils to the kitchen, as long as there is only the most necessary. I think the assortment will expand over time.

We spent a week in this structure and it was all wonderful! Clean and very equipped apartaments with a beautiful private pool. Friendly and helpful staff. The apartaments is 3 minutes walk from the beach. A special thanks to the host, Nick, who helped us and satisfied our every request. I want to come back again!!!

Nice and cosy

We enjoyed it! Stayed in an apartment with the pool, it was so lovely and also refreshing in hot July. Will definitely book here again. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The apartments are kept very clean. The area around it is quiet.

Well appointed, well located and very clean. Excellent value for money. Giannis was extremely helpful and clearly cared that I had a good stay. Less than 10 minutes walk into town, therefore a nice quiet spot.
