Para conocer a Altamura en un día, ideal

Un hotel cómodo y moderno

Estuvimos en una suite , porque viajamos con nuestros hijos y el baño si bien era muy cómodo, era todo vidriado , lo que resultaba incómodo .

The best choise ever made

This hotel deserves a 10. I have nothing to complain about and this has not happened to me until now. excellent breakfast with a multitude of gluten-free products (my daughter was very happy).

Staff gentile e disponibile abbiamo passato 4 giorni molto piacevoli ci torneremo. Consigliamo questa struttura.

Struttura nuova, arredata con gusto,molto pulita,zona tranquilla,si trova il parcheggio.

Ritorneremo sicuramente

Bella struttura pulita,accogliente e molto moderno ed elegante camere ampie pulite e con tutti i confort giusti, personale attivo e gentile ma soprattutto attento al cliente

La colazione l’ho trovata un po’ povera rispetto ad altre strutture ma comunque tutto buono anche per la mia compagna che non avevano prodotti idonei per la sua allergia al lattosio e derivati nonostante la mia richiesta il giorno seguente si sono subito attrezzati

Nelle vicinanze di Matera

Fuori dal paese a circa un chilometro dal centro, l'hotel è moderno, pulito e silenzioso. Ampia la camera. Parcheggiare non è un problema.

Colazione migliorabile come varietà e quantità delle proposte. Prezzo per il cenone ... eccessivo.

Comodo, Rilassante, Spazioso, Buono!

Sono rimasto colpito dalla gentilezza dello staff, e dalla professionalità. Ho amato soprattutto la colazione, e la stanza, era molto ampia. Il wifi velocissimo. Molto bello.

Avrei preferito che portassero 1 bottiglia d acqua almeno tutte le mattine dopo aver pulito la stanza, visto che ho preso il soggiorno di 1 settimana.

Tutto sommato hotel che per una notte puó andar bene.

Appena fuori le mura della città. Zona tranquilla.

Colazione non in linea con un 4*, idem i materassi (troppo duri).

An excellent, new hotel with first class amenities

Everything about this property was fabulous. Very easy access to parking, either on street or paid parking. The room was large, had ad a balcony, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower. The breakfast was delicious and served hot and cold food including fruit and cereal. The best I’ve had in Italy. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is a little outside of the old town but it can be reached after a 15-20 minute walk.

Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff

I wish the intercontinental breakfast selection had a bit more choice. For me personally, the bed was a little too hard, but this is my personal preference..

Exceptional

Breakfast was amazing, fresh food every morning. Location is great for going around Puglia and seeing all the small towns around. Definitely recommend for couples!

Excellent 4-star hotel, including to visit Matera

Simply the best 4-star hotel in the region, close to Matera. The breakfast was excellent. The room was big, comfortable and warm, everything looked like new and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel, even for those visiting Matera, especially if you want to avoid the crowd. You cannot beat the cost/benefit.

The location is just outside downtown Altamura, which limits the number of restaurants available nearby. Not a deal-breaker to me.

Good

I stayed here for 2 nights, you normally expect that the room should be cleaned when you return at 19H00 .... this was not the case. Bed not made up and bathroom not been cleaned. Poor excuse from the staff that the room was occupied (I did office work so they could have knocked on the door) when they made their cleaning tour, I left the room at 13H30 so plenty of time during my absence to do the 15 min clean up. Otherwise nothing wrong with the service and accommodation, I will return to this hotel which is also have a very good restaurant.
