Retour de Sicile pour une nuit de repos proche de Naples

Le plafond original a 4,5m de haut, une très grande chambre, en plein centre de la ville … propriétaire particulier très sympa.

Der Königspalast ist einen Besuch wert

Gute Lage um den Königspalast zu besichtigen. Schöner, großer Raum mit interessanter Deckengestaltung. Sehr gutes Bett.

Das Bad war zwar schön, aber der Wasserdruck war dermaßen schlecht, das ein Duschen fast nicht möglich war.

Regina per un giorno

Sono stata benissimo. La stanza era comoda per le mie esigenze, silenziosa, confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata quasi regale e il proprietario ha fatto di tutto per venire incontro alle mie necessità logistiche, essendo partita per lavoro e con tempi serrati.

Una reggia accanto alla reggia

L'host, Antonello, ci ha accolto nonostante fossimo arrivate prima dell'orario permettendoci di lasciare i bagagli in una stanza che era più grande di quella da noi prenotata. L'ambiente si presenta accogliente, ampio e in stile moderno ed è molto ben insonorizzata. Il bagno è molto grande.

Quando la simpatia è il valore aggiunto

Già dai messaggi e dalle telefonate la simpatia del nostro host Antonello era subito emersa. Dal vivo abbiamo avuto la conferma. Pronto, dinamico, flessibile, spumeggiante come il prosecco che ci ha offerto all’arrivo mentre ci dava indicazioni su cosa fare e vedere. Ottima posizione della struttura. Nota propositiva: finite le misure anti covid vogliamo che Antonello sforni per la colazione crostate fresche, pasticciotti cremosi e uova& bacon per i più desiderosi di sostanza.

Fantastica

La camera grande e confortevole con un affresco sul soffitto bellissimo , un bel bagno asciugamani pulite e morbide.lo consiglio sopratutto per il proprietario disponibile e cortese. La chicca è la colazione che offrono al bar. Se si passate per Caserta avete un posto accogliente dove fermarsi.

Maybe you can’t expect much more for this price.

- Elevator - Central - Cheap - Clean room - Air Condition

- We were travelling with a dog and we informed them in advance but when we arrived at the location the „owner“ was very surprised and said he didn’t know… strange, but okay. On top of this he was making a comment that we were 15mins late (we travelled there from Calabria so naturally you have to calculate with a bit of delay because of traffic) + it seemed that he was waiting also for others, when we left the room shortly after, so the comment was totally unnecessary. - The „bathroom“ of our room was basically a former balcony that was transformed into a bathroom, with cables/pipes visible, with a door that didn’t close from inside so your partner was able to hear everything that happened inside. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the single vase that was put in the bathroom randomly as decoration, unfortunately didn’t help to cover the bad impression. - The room itself didn’t have any window except of the balcony/bathroom-door but a connection-door to the room next to us. So when our neighbours arrived in the night and switched on the light, our room was completely bright and you were able to hear everything. Also in the morning we were woken up because of loud noises in the hallway. - The pillows were way too soft.

Definitely more than recommended!

Perfect central location, impeccable, amazing welcoming. The room was not available due to a previous tenant, who has blocked the toilet. Due to the emergency the owner, Antonello, has kindly hosted me in his house, with an amazing room with great facilities. Definitely recommended

Convenient hotel in Caserta.

The location is a short walk from the train station, la Reggia di Caserta, and other sites. Lots of places to eat and do some shopping. Although we never met the owners, they were very ready to answer our questions or solve our problem when we had a blackout. I would stay here again. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked great, and the bathroom was very clean with a powerful shower.

Loved it. Do not let the outside and stairwell to the apartment fool you. The outside is old, but the inside is new

Very centrally located, clean, modern/ new furniture and clean modern bathrooms. Good clean linen.

Caserta is interesting and Casertavecchia (old village on the hill outside the city) is a must do!

The location is ideal. Everything needed is on your doorstep. And the train/bus station is a short easy walk.

WiFi was extremely poor - upon informing the owner/manager we received a router which worked well. However upon return to the apartment on day two, the router had been removed without any communication. Despite otherwise stated in the write up, the owner/manager spoke zero English - thank goodness for google translate. No kettle provided and the room has no balcony.

A very good enjoyable

Location, near the royal palace, on a charming street with shops like Stephanel, max mara , a good hairdresser( Balmain), good Japanese restaurant Umami and other restaurants . The managing person - very helpful and Friendly. Very good size rooms( we had two) . One’s window opened to the street , the other to the yard. Both nice. The price was fair. It was a very comfortable pleasant stay for us.

I would have liked the bed in my room to be more firm.

Arrogant, Sexist, Unprofessional and Criminal Host!

The bed was comfortable

The host was late, extremely arrogant and sexist. I would avoid this stay at any cost. He refused to talk to my wife about the parking situation as she is "anyways not able to drive a car". On the way to the parking he was on the phone with a car dealer that he owed him 15000 euro. Obviously i felt anxious to leave my car in his property. Do yourself a favour and avoid this bnb!!

Great location in Caserta

Great location! perfect if you want to visit la Reggia di Caserta, you can go there on foot. Antonello is a really nice host and will try to help as much as possible. The parking is available, but you need to pay 20€ for it. However considering that you are so close to the city centre, it’s worth it.

- The rooms are spacious and clean, they should care a little bit more about details… a part from that it’s a great place to stay in Caserta.

Unique local experience

We don't speak a word of Italian and the owner doesn't spreak English at all. However he made every single effort to make us understand where to have breakfast, where to park and where to leave the key when we depart.

The condition of the unit can be a little better but given the price, I have no complaints at all.
