The Casa del Pinar is a very comfortable and well equipped holiday home (good kitchen tools to prepare the wonderful fish of the Cadiz coast), outside bbq and even woodfire oven. With its walls surrounding garden and pool, it gives a great sense of privacy. It is a bit tucked away, located in an urbanizacion in the north of Chiclana - so not very close to the beaches (not walking distance certainly!). Nothing is far, but you better have a rental car or bike. It overlooks the salt marshes towards San Fernando, and I can imagine it also enjoys a little evening breeze in the hot summer months (we were here in April). The motorway exit is 5-7 minutes away which makes it an excellent base to roam around in the region (Cadiz, Jérez, Vejer, Puerto de Santa Maria, etc.). A good supermarket is also 5-7 min away (driving) and you must not miss the wonderful Chiclana market and its bonanza of fish, shrimps and shells! Carlos and his wife have been very reactive, friendly and uncomplicated hosts, happy to provide personalized information. Highly recommended !

We had a short stay of 4 days, just to swim, sun and do nothing ;)
It is a beautiful, clean house. Carlos was very helpful and kind. We have enjoyed our stay a lot.

Lovely villa that had a lovely pool and facilities. The property owner Carlos was a joy to communicate with and was very helpful. The only downside was the dogs in the other properties barking a lot and the sink plug in the bathroom was broken. Recommend this property to anyone. 👍

Fantastic space, fully high fenced secure location.. Wooded area for dogs 2 mins walk, garden Great for dogs. Has own bar in garden next to great pool. Carport, BBQ, Pizza oven, 10 min drive to restaurants supermarkets shopping areas. Carlos was very helpful with local knowledge and information, very good price for quality and location also Netflix for the kids was a bonus.. Thanks Carlos would like to return in summer one year😁

Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus
In dem großen Haus ist alles vorhanden für einen tollen Urlaub. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem, das WLAN ist Top und der Pool lockt zum Schwimmen. Dazu kommt noch ein SUPER Gastgeber, der sich wirklich um alles sofort kümmert.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Naturschutzgebiet um die Ecke, trotzdem ist man in 10 Minuten bei allen Läden & Restaurants. Zum Strand ca. 15-20 Minuten (je nachdem zu welchem).
Wir werden wiederkommen.

Ideal para pasar unos días en familia o amigos, mis perros han disfrutado en familia que era nuestra intención y no tenerlos que dejar en guarderías de animales. Repetiremos sin duda.

Una estancia perfecta, la casa es magnifica tiene todo para descansar relajado, no nos acompaño mucho el tiempo, pero a un asi lo hemos pasado genial, carlos y mila siempre atentos, me ayudo en decirme y preocuparse donde podia haber leña en la zona , repetire sin dudas , puedo decir es la casa mas bonita estado en la zona, y la chinenea es un lujo para dias de inviernos , os doy un 10, hoy sin bulla carlos nos dejo irno sin bullas, que eso tambien hace te puedas ir con tranquilidad, hasta pronto repetire

Sehr schöne und saubere Anlage mit einem großen Pool. Prima geeignet für Familien. Die Vermieter waren sehr aufmerksam und haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir einen wunderschönen, entspannten Urlaub hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Und werden es weiterempfehlen.

Excelente alojamiento
Nuestra estancia en La casa del pinar a sido muy satisfactoria. Por empezar por algún lado, la distribución de la casa y sus múltiples detalles lo hacen excelente, para continuar sus propietarios son increíbles y muy agradables. La ubicación es muy buena para visitar el pinar, a tan solo un minuto andado. Y para finalizar, destacar su acogorada morada y dar gracias por tanta hospitalidad.

El chalet está muy bien cuidado y moderno con todas las comodidades e utensilios que necesitas. La calidad de las camas de las mejores, se descansa de maravilla. Alquilamos muy amenudo casas rurales o chalets y sin duda este es de los mejores, sobre todo la calidad del interior de la casa y Carlos un gran anfitrión

Wir hatten einen schönen und Erholsamen Urlaub.
Es war alles sauber und fast alles da was man braucht.
Ein Toaster wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.
Carlos und Mila könnten etwas im Haus invertieren, es sind viele sachen alt und stellenweise kaputt.
Pool sauber genauso wie die Aussenanlage.
Wenn man Carlos gebraucht hat war er da, ein sehr freundlicher und simpatischer Mensch.

Todo ha estado muy bien. Los dueños de la casa son un encanto y siempre estaban disponibles. El salón es una maravilla y la cama muy cómoda. Una casa maravillosa tanto para ir en verano como en invierno.

Las habitaciones no disponían de aire acondicionado.Las habitaciones demasiado pequeñas!No tenía vegetación que diera algo de fresco a la casa.Aire acondicionado solo salón e insuficiente.No especificaba que solo tenía un aire acondicionado.Muy insuficiente para temperaturas de 40 grados en Andalucia.Ventilador techo dormitorio principal que era claramente insuficiente!

Lo Mejor para desconectar.
Me ha transmitido mucha tranquilidad y sosiego.Es un lugar de descanso de lo mejor con mucha seguridad y limpieza en todo y no hablemos de esa piscina tan trasparente que te deja relajado cada segundo,al igual que los propietarios.En cuanto Carlos super atento y muy amable ,que te hace sentir como en casa ,Gracias por habernos dado esta oportunidad.

Por más que he intentado buscarle algún defecto no lo he podido conseguir, no le falta un detalle tiene de todo y más. Súper cuidada, nueva perfectamente equipada, en coche a 5 mint de todo. Ni que decir de los propietarios tanto Carlos como Mila dispuestos a todo y siempre atento con muchísima amabilidad, sin lugar a dudas para repetir.

Hemos pasado unos días geniales en una casa súper completa y práctica. El chalet es una maravilla y los anfitriones aún más. Altamente recomendable, nosotros seguro que repetiremos.

Buena ubicación y con todo lo necesario.
La casa está muy bien ubicada para conocer la provincia de Cádiz, a tiro de piedra de la capital y de las ciudades más importantes.
Con respecto a la vivienda, tiene toda las comodidades necesarias para ser alquilada en cualquier época del año. Dispone de barbacoa, horno de leña, bar y piscina en el exterior y en su interior dispone de cocina equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, su salón comedor muy amplio y cómodo con un televisor grande, chimenea de leña, aire acondicionado, dos buenos sofá y una gran mesa de comedor, todo decorado con muy buen gusto.
Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas con colchones cómodos.
Los propietarios muy amables, súper atentos en todo momento y dispuestos a resolver cualquier problema que surja.
Sin duda alguna repetiremos, cuando volvamos otra vez por esta zona puesto que nos hemos quedado encantados tanto con la casa como con la maravillosa provincia de Cádiz.

A little remote but great host
The property is located in a small urbanisation and as reported before is accessed via an unmade road. While not great the road is manageable.
The property has some good points and some poor. The outside is good for a family holiday with large pool and facilities. The lounge/diner is large and comfortable, the weak areas are the bathroom and kitchen both of which are small and need small amounts of upgrading and need more equipment in the kitchen. A minor investment would make a significant improvement. Overall a pleasant stay with charming hosts.

Comfortable stay for visiting Cadiz region
After you have driven on a rather bumby and dusty road for 5 min, you come to a very comfortable large house with beautiful swimmingpool in enclosed garden. Carlos, the host, was extremely helpful and friendly. The house is about 8 min. drive from the motorway so convenient for visiting the different sites in Cadiz region. Beaches about 15 min. drive away. A car is a must for getting around.

Lovely house!
When you arrive to the area you think "what have I done" but stay calm. It´s the most lovely house you can imagine. Beautiful garden and we really felt at home in the house which is decorated just in our taste. Everything there tells you WELCOME.
For us it was too cold to use the pool in October but that has nothing to do with the place :-) Would be good with sun collectors to heat the pool.
The house is perfect located for shopping and close to everything a tourist wants to see and do. We used La Barosso Beach which can be recomanded
Carlos and his wife are very kind people and they do everything to make your holiday as good as possible.

Nice property. Lovely hosts
The property is a little way up an in tarmac road but this didn’t cause much of a problem We met Mila at the local supermarket and followed her to the villa. She is lovely and recommended a restaurant which we booked and was most enjoyable. Also there was no kettle in the villa so she bought us one the next day which was very much appreciated
The villa itself was lovely and very tastefully decorated. The pool was lovely if a little cold but then it is October and it was fine once you were in
There were only two of us so the set up was fine but if there were 6 then I think we would find one bathroom a little challenging. Also for 6people you would need a bigger table outside
We would definately return to this villa and to the area which is beautiful with some lovely beaches

Casa estupenda!! Muy tranquila La piscina y el jardín genial!!!faltaban algunas cosas en la cocina. Nosotros fuimos 2 personas y con un baño era suficiente. Para 6 personas faltaría un baño! Carlos el dueño muy atento y en todo momento pendiente y mandando mensajes por si necesitas algo! A 10 min de la playa. Pero la tranquilidad y la privacidad de la casa. Genial. Un salón estupendo. Y un vestidor a la entrada de la casa donde dejar todas las maletas y ropa que era muy practico!! En general muy bien! Volvería sin dudarlo.

Una auténtica delicia disfrutar de la tranquilidad, buenísima temperatura e instalaciones de la casa, no faltaba de nada, bonito, comodísimo y amplio mobiliario.
Las instalaciones de la zona de bar exterior, la barbacoa y la piscina, ideales para pasar tardes divinas.
Por último, lo mejor ha sido la Atención de Carlos, Mila y su hija Laura, que incluso se ofrecieron a pagar mobiliario que necesitamos para el niño (una trona), y nos facilitaron hasta una Cuna..

We spent 3 weeks in July with our children aged 1,3 and 5 years. The house is big enough, very well equipped and maintained. Only dishwashers is missing in the kitchen but this was not important for us. Carlos, the owner, is very friendly, polite and attentive, providing all attention to satisfy guests 'needs, in particular of our kids. We immediately felt very welcomed and "at home" so that we enjoyed our stay as of the first day. Exteriors and swimming pool are very well maintained too. The house is in the county side but very close to a big Eroski and to the city centre. Unfortunately the road connecting the house is sometimes used as a landfill and garbage is left on the sides. This is immediately forgotten when you reach the house where it is possible to enjoy the peace of the garden and have a drink at the bar near to the swimming pool. However I think that the municipality is taking all the necessary measures to fix this problem and Carlos is very committed to this. My wife and I strongly recommend Carlos 'house to families with kids. Please take into consideration that beaches are 20 minutes by car far so that for everything is mandatory to move by car . Thank you Carlos for this pleasant stay and for you special attention!
