Я еще раз бы остановилась , общее впечатление хорошее

Очень хорошее местоположение, хорошее место за свои небольшие деньги, есть особый шарм и тайский вайб в этой гостинице, хозяева очень милые люди , которые 24/7 на связи( живут тут же) , пляж близко , рядом есть все, что нужно : кафе, аптеки, магазины и так далее. Сам по себе пляж Ката классный , мне прям понравилось. Уборка хорошая, смена полотенец и постели регулярная

В номере все старое , если для вас это важно, имейте ввиду. Мы останавливались в семейном номере A2 , окна выходят на дорогу , ни о какой тишине речи не идет, плюс к этому там прям около нашего балкона какой-то трансформаторный столб , днем его не слышно, а ночью от него идет монотонный гул, который знаете, просто настолько бесил нас , но со временем привыкли) номеров подходящих для нас на замену не было

Enjoyable stay

The room was comfortable and clean, close to restaurants and mini mart within 50 metres. The bed was soft and comfortable Balcony with ocean (horizon) view and street sounds was great for me and my friend Lemon to relax and drink Chang. Very enjoyable stay

No smart TV is all i would complian about.

Amazing place!

Da was very accommodating, very convenient location new the Kata beach and all the restaurants, bars and other spots. Room with a sea view is definitely worth it as the view is really fantastic. All the staff were friendly and nice.

Gambling on booking at the airport arrival hall.

The view, the location, and the price.

Not a problem for me, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Because of the hill climb and stairs to higher floors. On the upside, It's very quiet and peaceful at night.

The steep walk up the hill to the apartment would be unsuitable for the elderly or unfit.

The size of the room, balcony, view, big table. Beach 4 minutes walk down. Beach towel provided.

The room with see view located quite high, no lift there. Also you have to walk up to reach building. It's not convent without bike to reach building. The shower is not convinient, and water was not hot. No tissue and cotton sticks in the room.

Great location, great views, great staff, and wonderful food made my first trip to Thailand amazing!

My view was incredible and the room was functional, comfortable and spacious. The staff was so friendly and welcomed me. I would definitely come back here again.

The furniture was a bit worn but that didn’t bother me much because the room and views were perfect for my stay. In order for me to have those beautiful views I had to walk up a steep hill to get to my room, so that was a little challenge.

Nice clean and quite property near to beach area.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Near to beach and market. Sea view is great.

No good amenities like pool or gym or playing zone is available. There is steep hike to reach rooms but no one to support with your luggage. No room service phone support. You have to always come down to talk.

wonderful place with a great view and lovely staff

the view was amazing! the room was cleaned every day with fresh water and towels. the AC was a blast (lol)

Disappointing

Host is very friendly and helpful.

Lock to the sliding door to enter the property was temperamental and needs changing. Was difficult to open and close. The hairdryer wasn’t working and the host kindly gave us a replacement. The shower head is at an awkward angle and sometimes falls when being used. The bathroom is a wet room with no shower curtain, so close the toilet lid. Also, I appreciate we’re surrounded by trees, but I wouldn’t expect a small army of ants to be running around the dining table.

Amazing place with everything at door step and the best beach

Outstanding service. Fantastic view and location, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with clear water. Very convenient location for food, beach, entertainment, shopping, money exchange, massages, everything! We reserved the Oceanview unit, some stairs to climb but well worth it. Very very new, clean and spacious. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and kind as Thais are. Also had laundry service right at the office. Taxis and buses go by, very convenient. This is our favourite spot now in Kata beach.

Nice and quiet rooms near the beach

The accommodation is within walking distance to the beach, and it has free parking (but you have to drive up a very steep slope). It is fairly quiet, because the rooms are on a hill slightly off the main road. Rooms are decent.

Close to the beach. The staff are friendly. It is also not far from Kata Beach Market.

Lack of amenities (e.g., only water soap provided). The water pressure is weak and the shower is inconvenient. There is an electric water heater, but the water was not warm. Facilities are old and not clean.

A really nice big studio apartment in an excellent location for Kata beach and local bars and restaurants. The owner and staff are really nice and helpful. I'll definitely stay again.
